Still waiting for mask
I placed my order on 18th Dec it made as far as the mailing center then went missing there. I confirm this by calling Royal mail providing my tracking number and they said it was declared missing on 12th Jan.
I informed Rugbymasks close to a month ago and they have not sent out a replacement even though they said they would. When asking for updates they either take a long time to respond or don't response at all.
It's coming on 2 months since my order and I'm not sure if I will receive a mask as all at this rate.

Till today, no mask, no feedback or reply on various e-mails send on the status progress of the parcel.
Requested a refund as no product could be delivered to date!

Only marking down because shipping took two months when it was indicated to be 1-3 weeks (a Christmas present ordered mid November that arrived mid Jan so too late to be a present). I contacted them re shipping and arrival and didn’t hear back. But it did arrive in good condition and quality, happy with the product itself. Thanks
