Good aftersales support, some great walkie talkies.
I purchased a transceiver which has surpassed my expectations. I was able to download the programming software from them free of charge and when I asked for advise about suitable cables this was given almost immediately and out of hours via email. Subsequently I had an issue with the radio and this was resolved satisfactorily once I got talking to the right person. I would buy from them again without hesitation. G1KII

As ever Rugby Radios got the radio to me in super fast time along with the programming cable. But when I could not get the radio to program we sent a few emails to each other to see if we could fix the problem.. I was given a returns label returned the radio and got the refund. I will have no problem getting stuff of Rugby Radios at any time Great People to deal with..
