I rented two units to get the job done quickly and one of the units did not spray water at all. The pump made a sound but no water came out.

Machine did not get rug clean despite going over it five times.

It didn't clean Good at all. It put out the water and dried it up, good, but the cleaning wasn't done. The brushes must not be working .

I rented a machine at Walmart used it some that day. The next morning I went to plug in and the machine would not turn on. I called and they said to take back and I could get another one. I had to call once I got there. I did and the other two machines were dirty in the dirty water tanks and looked dirty on the outside. They sent me to another store and two out of the 3 machines were dirty. I guess it is rent at own chances to bring others dirt and/or anything else into your home. This is not Walmart fault or any other rental places fault. These should be cleaned or at least sanitized before the next rental.

By far the worst rug doctor I've ever used. After taking an hour to clean the foul smelling tank, it would not emove the water on the carpet. Last time I'll use this product! This was returned after two hours. Don't waste your time!

I rented the cleaner and when trying to use it, the brush jam light immediately came on. I went back and exchanged it for another. Same thing. Two bad units. I asked for a refund and went to Lowe's and rented a Bissell. No problem.

Smelly. Did not work at first. My son had to fix it

Rang regarding machiene which stopped working 3rd machiene I got, the first two I ordered didn't work when recieved. 3rd machiene only used 3 times on carpet on stairs and kids beds then reset button kept popping up. Now rugdoctor are asking for £80 for me to ship to them so the repair shop can have a look as I'm based in ireland even though there is 5 uears warranty on the machiene. When you ring them they tell you to email then and then when you email them ypu gey no reply waiting at least 3 weeks to hear back. You be better off going to lidl or aldi at least they guarantee there products and warranty..

Charged me twice when I was unable to get it back on time because of a holiday, I couldn’t just wait 3 days to use it, really should make rental two days……!!!!!

It was ok but I rented on the day before Thanksgiving at Walmart not knowing Walmart is closed on Thanksgiving so I did not get to return the next day. So naturally I was charged extra for it.

The equipment worked, what I didn’t like what the level of nastiness it was, the equipment had full of mud, stone and fur and other things I have no idea what it was. It was as so nasty I Spent over 40 minutes cleaning before it touched what I had to clean

The machine did not clean properly. The brushes would not spin.

It was dirty when picked up and went to return it the store was closed due to a holiday so got charged for extra day

Easy to rent. Didn't like how you advertise $40 to rent but you have to pay $23 more for the solution. That put a big damper on our experience. The main Rug Doctor machine cleaned our carpets better than our last several carpet steam cleans with another machine AND with a professional company!
Not 1000% perfect results, but we're going to use it again this month and see if it brightens up again a little more. Thank you for having an easy system so available everywhere!
