Our Ruggable rugs have the most effective grip on hard surfaces. Whilst many customers successfully use Ruggable rugs on carpeted floors, carpeting reduces the effectiveness of their grip.
Customers who have placed their rugs on carpeted floors have seen the best results when the rug is on low-pile carpet and is anchored to the floor with a sofa or heavy table, and is placed away from heavy traffic areas. Unfortunately, this does not work for everyone.
We share this information on each product page, as well as on our FAQs. We do not have product photos of our rugs on carpet flooring to meet customer expectations.

I love our new rug
I love our new rug . It has beautiful colours , it’s well made and was delivered promptly with good packaging . I have yet to wash it but I think that will go well too . All in all a great experience . Thank you Ruggable

Excellent aftercare!
We ordered a rug which was over £500. It did not match the description or photo on the website so despite being really nice and excellent quality it needed returning.
I ordered a 2nd one only b for the same thing to happen again.
I went on the online service to let them know that I was really disappointed that the photos were entirely different to the real thing and that it was a hassle to trudge to the PO again to return the 2nd rug and could they be mindful of their descriptions and was advised “ donate it to charity” and we will refund you!
Unheard of service like this these days and I was convinced their website photos were realistic I would not hesitate to order new rugs for my whole house, given the quality of them and the service received!

I ordered three rugs from Ruggable
I ordered three rugs from Ruggable, and they were delivered very promptly. I am delighted with the them, as they feel and look very good quality, and are non- slip on tiled flooring.

Great website, lovely products but for some reason it seems to take an age to dispatch and deliver.
If you want something quickly, maybe not for you! 2 weeks after ordering… still waiting, with no estimated delivery date!?

You sent me a returns label which I used to return a rug that was ordered by mistake. I duly sent the rug by FedEx which was picked up and delivered to FedEx Birmingham on the 5/1/26 4.36am. I am still waiting on my refund that was promised within 7 to 10 days.
