Consistent issues on Billing, Returns, Refunds
Consistent issues on Billing, Returns, Refunds. Be very careful. They are not organised. They do not refund. The entire service is automated- no humans to deal with. The equivalent is being from Alibaba or Temu. If you like it, great. If it doesn't work for you, you can kiss goodbye to your money and any resolution. We have been going back and forth with a machine-generated response for six months now (from Nov). Nothing is getting solved. £700 down the drain.

We can see that you placed your order with us on 1st February 2026, completed the return form on our website in mid-February, and we successfully processed your refund on 27th February 2026. The refund went back to your original payment method (Klarna).

Also great customer service as I had to return a rug that was on sale as it didn’t fit for my living room and Honey from customer service managed to get me another discount code even though the sale had finished. She was extending helpful. Rug was delivered quickly and looks amazing

Very pleased with the look of the rug. It really cheers up a rather gloomy hall. It’s a light colour but a muddy footprint easily wiped off. So, pleased with that too. Haven’t tried to wash it yet.

Lots of choice of rugs and runners on website. I recently purchased a runner for hallway and I’m very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and it feels soft yet durable. It was easy to unroll and flattened out quickly after opening. Great value for the price, and it has completely transformed the space. I would definitely recommend this rug to anyone looking for something beautiful and well-made.

The rug is nice enough but not outstanding. The pattern is pleasing and obviously given the variety of sizes colour printed onto the material not a woven design. As its washable, its great under a dining table but we'd hoped for something that looked higher quality for the price.

I love my Blackthorn Navy rug
The rug arrived loosely folded in a large box. I know that colours as seen on a laptop can be deceptive, and when I laid the rug on the floor I was pleased that the colours are slightly brighter than they had seemed on my laptop. It looks good with my navy sofa and teal chair.
