No confirmation email for orders, so no return possible
I ordered 2 Verena carpets and i did not receive a confirmation of my order, so no order number. The items were delivered but in the wrong variant. Now trying to get in touch with them for the return and everytime i receive message: please confirm that you need a new antisliping system while all i need is a return label. So customer support is a mess. Becareful when you order something and think twice if you want to really order there.

After sales deficiencies
I ordered 3 carpets, the first one arrived on time but the second was lost and the replacement is still not there and no information whatsoever about the delivery.
The third one is round but the under rug that came with it is rectangular and much bigger and it’s been a week no one is replying to my messages.
I’m extremely frustrated and angry with the service.

The quality is not what i expected
The quality is not what i expected. The under carpet is sticky so the top carpet keeps wrinkling. And the under carpet is way too small. It does look like a cheep carpet.

The purpose of the Rug Pad is to hold the Rug Cover in place, therefore, it is perfectly normal for the velcro side of the Pad to be 'sticky'. However, we have some helpful assembly instructions on our FAQs to help you lay out the Rug Cover flat and smooth and remove any wrinkles.
As for the sizing, our Rug Pads are specifically designed to be slightly smaller than our Rug Covers (not by more than 11cm on each side for our largest size). This allows the edges of the Rug Cover to taper to the floor and, if shrinkage occurs, the Rug Pad still remains out of view. You can find more information on our FAQs.
If you do not wish to keep the unused product and are still within the return window, you can initiate a return by completing the returns form on our website or by getting in touch with us via email.

The carpets are both nice and…
The carpets are both nice and practical. The assembly could have been made easier. The triangles in the corners are redundant and make the carpet higher than necessary sometimes too high to go under the door.

The carpets are exactly as advertised and stay put despite my cats best efforts to "slide" them across the room. The fabric is soft and comfortable underfoot. The patterns are lovely. I love how lightweight the system is to pick up and carry - especially with 2 damaged shoulders.
