excellent service as usual

I've bought boards from Rugged on several occasions for home projects now and I've been delighted with the products and the helpful service. Thanks Charlie for some really useful tips and for lugging all by boards back in to the workshop to keep them dry when it was raining the other day and I was late getting to you.

It’s difficult to find the right quality wood for furniture but rugged talked me through what I needed and the different finishes.

Great shoppping experience
Does what it says on the tin but with excellent customer service. Boards perfect and cut to size I wanted - no fuss or hidden extras. Wish I had bought 6 boards instead of 4 but no issue with going back for more - I'm confident I will get the same excellent service. My best regards, Patricia

There appeared to be a bit of confusion regarding delivery. Ordered and paid on the Monday; no follow up; I left a message on Wednesday - no reply; called again Thursday and spoke to David who apologised and arranged delivery for Friday; Friday delivery didn't get confirmed or happen; called again Saturday morning and spoke again to David who arranged immediate delivery and additional scaffold boards as compensation.
Overall, disappointed I had to call and chase; but happy with the eventual outcome. I would use them again and remind them of their poor previous customer service.

Great professional service from start to finish for scaffolding boards I bought. They were taped up and labelled ready for my collection. Really good quality product which will be perfect for my floating shelves, will definitely come back for my next project!

The wood we bought was just right for the planters we wanted to make. They were cut exactly as we wanted them and ready really quickly. Charlie was so helpful when we visited and obviously is passionate about Rugged London

-Waited nearly a month to get scaffold board
-Had to call many times to chase
-Got asked to give feedback 3 times before I’d even got the planks
- rude customer service from saw cutter guy when I was finally came to collect.
I’m not a difficult person, but this was hard work.

Staff at the warehouse were extremely rude and dismissive when I came to collect my items. This made it difficult to ask questions and exchange faulty boards. I came away feeling awful.

Ordered 8ft reclaimed scaffold planks and I am over the moon, once sanded down they look amazing. Service was great, ordered online and delivered within 5 working days. Thanks, really happy!

Absolutely best service around. Always happy to help and workmanship is spot on. Cannot recommend this company enough. Shout out to Charlie who helped out on our project. Will be using again for sure!

I have placed my second order with Ruggged London and I understander we are under exceptional circumstances, my first order took nearly 3 weeks from order to delivery and the communication with staff was very poor, unanswered emails and nobody returned several of my calls, the product is great but the delivery of charge of nearly £60 is massively excessive I have placed an order for a considerable amount of money this time compared to the last, I have had a confirmation of order by text but several working days later no further communication.
