Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. Even when there was a delay with delivery I was regularly kept up to date. I must say the rug looks every bit as nice as it did online ( which sometimes isn't the case!) So all in all an excellent rug at an excellent price. Would definitely buy from this company again.

What can I say… just brilliant
What can I say? Rugicity is the real deal… actual person (Louise) at the end of the line. Quick and trustworthy service. Fast despatch and the footstool I ordered was worth every penny. It’s so rare these days to have such good old fashioned style service and Louise got me out of a jam as I had been let down by another company. I would 100% recommend her company Rugicity to anyone. I was over the moon when the footstool arrived next day as promised. Well done Louise.. you thoroughly deserve your 5*!!
