My rug was left at the end of my driveway, half driveway half street. Luckily, the day it arrived it was not raining. Whatever company you contract with to deliver your expensive rugs needs to do a better job. BTW, I love my new rug!

On time delivery.
I don't think the website showed true dimensions, but only nominal. So, 8' x 8' was actually about 7'-8" square. Not a big difference, but would have been nice to have known.
