Ordered two kitchen rugs. The rugs arrived in good time and are exactly as shown on the website in terms of colour and pattern. Feel they are good value and very pleased with them. Would use Rug Traders again.

Rug traders were very good to deal with , unfortunately the delivery company lost our rug somewhere in transit . Rug traders were very good trying to sort this out and kept us up to date throughout. Unfortunately the rug didnt turn up and it was the last one in stock.

Great product I mean great - if I had been in when delivered (saw the delivery van but was too far away n he did not try my neighbours who would have taken my parcel in) which is not your fault - I would have received it two days after ordering as it was had to wait from Friday to Monday but the sheepskin rug is far better than I had in my minds eye
