A complete scam! I ordered 4 hoodies @ $9.99, totaling $49.95 .The payment was submitted on their site like another credit card purchase but it was submitted via cash app under the name Casefis. I never received a confirmation. A couple of days later I emailed the email address provided on the website and never heard anything back! The website was down a week later! I never received a refund, a response to my email, or the items ordered!

What is the number to this online store there an scam and took my money and I still don’t have my refund from that site it is a scam if I ever saw it coming it’s a terrible website that’s taking peoples money

I ordered a hoodie on 10/19/2023 and still haven’t got it. It’s 2024 it was a red wine foxy hoodie I have called the place, they said they are fixing their website they never did. I have called and someone was rude on the phone with me and then I called another time and they said if this happens again call us back. I waited a while to call back no one answered. I don’t know if this website is just a store to take your money or what but it’s awful

Ordered one $10 item. So far I’ve been charged $150 from companies that started at the same time as the ruins club transaction. These companies don’t have the same name but I know they’re related.
Fortunately I use my cash app card for online purchases and only transfer what I’m about use. They haven’t been able to withdraw cash, but I still keep getting charges on my statement a few times a week.

I’m so sad and scared I’ve never dealt with this crap before. They stole my credit card info and fd up everything, I’m also scared that they’ll steal my identity or personal info but I’m like really really freaked out by this. It sounded so legit and my dumbass fell for it. ITS A SCAM YALL

So sad that we all fell for this scam... I mean what were we thinking buying Nike hoodies for $10... LOL. I mean a deal like that would have sold out so quick yet they're still in stock of every size. My order was "lost in transit" and customer service doesn't answer the phone. They spent a lot of of money to make the website feel legit but it is NOT. OH YEAH AND THEY SOLD MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. WTH?!?!?!?!? GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

complete scam. they said my order would be delivered a month later and then it was 'lost'. my refund coincidentally never came through. took two weeks to get in contact with customer service. spoke to the same person every call.

100% a scam. DONT give them your money.

RuinsClub is a scam site hellbent on *ruining* your experience by stealing from your wallet I personally was scammed 248 dollars from trying to buy from their site,let alone speak to their customer service which left me on hold for 3 HOURS and 6 MINUTES,do NOT under any circumstances BUY ANYTHING from THIS SITE, Instagram hasn't done anything to take care of their bs ad usage on their app. Nor let me get refunded

We definitely got scammed! I did however use ZIP so my cards weren't hacked. Thank God. However I can't cancel the card so I'm still having to make payments on it.
If u use Zip it shows up as "cipherstyle". I'm a dumbass for not noticing

Guys this is a scam.... I feel really dumb for falling for their claims of unbelievable low prices. Their photos are stolen, and their website is fake even though they make it look quite convincing. I've reported them to my bank as well as the Federal Trade Commission. They steal your information and fraudulently charge your accounts. Beware!

i have never felt so stupid. starts out with way too good to be true prices, no way to ask to cancel your order, the “track purchase” link you get sent via email sends you to a 504 error, they don’t charge shipping, they don’t charge for TAX, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! they steal ur personal and card information and you don’t realize it til it’s too late. i have to cancel my cards now ffs

I bought from these people for Ana amazing deal of just 9 dollars but I then took a closer look and got charged way more than I was expecting if this happens to anyone I would recommend just getting ur card replaced because they will still have ur card number and you don’t want them taking anymore money of yours!

It’s a scam started getting fraudulent charges after trying to use it

Placed an order a month ago (October 20th), was double charged about a week later in the middle of the night, but the second charge didn't go through as I had my card locked. The numbers on their website and email both led to some other customer service. When I told them that I was looking for Ruins Club, they kept pressuring me to give them my full name "so they could report it". After refusing, I had the idea to say I wanted to stay anonymous and that seemed to (reluctantly) get them off my back. The tracking number didn't work until today (11/22), 'coincidentally' after filing multiple reports with my card... And then the information from that number both said that they had attempted to deliver my order and that it had never left any delivery facility. But I was able to actually reach someone with the site to make them process a refund with the number on that tracking site. Though, they swore to hell and back that the second charge wasn't them and that I needed to call my credit card company and do a three way call with them in the morning... Will update on if they actually refund me or not.

they are using pictures from an Instagram account @defective_garments and putting them on their site to scam people

Fraud! Never sent product, no response from customer service.

I ordered from them and then 2 days later I was charged an additional $30 and given a second confirmation email. I immediately called them and was told that I would receive a refund, and even got an email confirmation. Of course no refund was actually issued, and the item i originally ordered never came. Each week the arrival date went up by a week until a month went by, now it says gateway error. Their “Customer service” is run by people in another country who don't actually do anything for you. Don’t buy from them!

This site is definitely a scam. I should've known when I saw no option to pay through PayPal. My bank contacted me with a fraud alert today and the scammers had tried to buy something relatively inexpensive. Glad I caught it before they bought anything else. Stay away from the site!

This is 100% a scam, do not fall for it. Recently created, PayPal not an option, insane deals, and has a false Trustpilot score when at checkout. ***DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE*** You will be scammed.
