Fantastic and personalised service

Fantastic and personalised service. I ordered a fork spring which was promptly delivered but turned out to be the wrong size (my mistake). Kevin identified the right part for me based on the serial number of my forks and immediately sent me out a new one at no cost. Incredible service, very much appreciated.

RUK / KX gravel wheels. Excellent service from Kevin at RUK. KX good thru axle gravel wheel at good price. I needed at short notice & RUK were great. Supplied with tubeless valve & tape.

Free Returns

I ordered a spare front wheel and disc brake for my E-bike, when I got it realised it I realised I had ordered a rim brake. I E-mailed them and within hours late that evening they responded, 'Yes no problem I'll sort this out for you"
Wheels exchanged via UPS for free and with no delivery costs.
I am very happy with the exelent service and will definitely be using RUK Bikes again.
