Excellent communication process, my emails and text messages get replied to straight away. 2nd time ordering and i’m amazing by the design and quality that rung mehal provides!! Recommended this website to all my family and friends due to them asking every time i where do i get my outfit from!! any problems they contact you straight away and the amount of clothes options they have is amazing as well as the price!! They have gained a life time customer and have made eid and wedding shopping so easy for me. They always have a resolution for any problem that you may have and they made my eid order come in time!! Excellent communication throughout the ordering and waiting process. Once order received a personal touch added to the outfit by including a free pair of bangles. My little girl is in love with the outfit. Excellent quality and the service makes it even more beautiful. Will defo be buying from here again.

Warning to all customers, If you want to wait 5 weeks for your order and then receive it smelling of strong moth balls, then purchase from this website. Initially, I was very impressed with the Customer Service as I mentioned that I was only 4ft 11 and the Customer Service lady advised that if I sent my sleeve and trousers measurements then they would tailor them for me. I was very pleased! Then having waited 5 weeks and two chasers later I received my two outfits. I spent £205, I expected a more than 2 strong smelling moth ball outfit! And the trousers and sleeves were too long. I expressed my concerns to customers service sent photo of the items . The trousers were definitely not correct and I was told that as it was a medium sized suit, the sleeves were correct as I gave my measurements but had not looked at their size chart to take this into account!! Really???? With regard to the moth ball smell, apparently that is normal warehouse smell. I asked how to get rid of the smell without damaging the outfits and received no response. I am very disappointed with the products versus what I paid. I buy a lot of outfits from other vendors and never received such smelly outfits and poor after care! Never again! A great shame!!

Reading the reply, I would like to respectfully request Saima to smell the outfit, that I have washed 5 times and the smell has not gone. I can provide independent witnesses to prove my point. If indeed the items were checked before dispatch then all I can say is that your sense of smell needs to be tested.

Very low quality of clothes after 3 weeks they asked how to stitch clothes and now after two weeks I recieved my clothes I am so disappointed to see them they made different not good quality and rabish service
