Total con artists, ordered a predator knitted toy and it never arrived, told i would be refunded never happened, this mod need shit down

Should be zero. Must be fake site with fake shipping info. Amazingly refunded me a few dollars of overspend only to then disappear entirely - the email doesn’t work and the website is down… scammers

I stupidly ordered a crochet Alien . The same as other reviewers have stated. Bogus tracking number and no goods. Buy nothing from these clowns and save yourself some money.

Item not delivered, replacement promised also not delivered and emails are getting bounced back as undeliverable.

It should be zero stars. They stole my money! No product was ever sent. They give a bogus tracking number and just as you think it's nearly at it's destination, it mysteriously stops moving. You contact customer support and they claim they will refund you. This obviously never happens and they stop replying. Disgraceful thieves.

Scammers avoid at all costs . Never received anything .

Don't buy anything from this sham of a company. Got great tracking info up to the date I was meant to receive the item...then nothing. I contacted them and they promised a refund which I never got.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company are thieving b*stards. How they are still operating, I really don’t know.

You order, they overcharge you and then you never get your item. They email saying it’s on its way but refuse to give tracking information and then say they are having issues with your purchase and then having issues issuing a refund… It’s been way over a month and still no item delivered. So infuriating. Also, the product I bought is no longer on their website. How convenient.

Website looked well presented and seemed very legitimate. Payment was taken with ease, received regular updates about when the item would be shipped. Currier company took over the delivery, got regular updates on its journey across the states and when it arrived in the UK. Its been weeks now and no further updates, ive noticed that all the US reviews on here give the company 5 stars so very likely to be fake reviews. I would avoid Runkiwi at all costs. O didnt lose much in the way of funds but its enough to know lesson learnt. Very very poor.

This was really disgraceful, as I never received the goods I paid and got scam by a bobgy company. Communication with so call company about the delivery, still not had said item, they said it has got lost in transit and out of stock, so cancelled my order and will fully refund me. NOT HAD THE REFUND AS YET. SO PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYRHING FRIM THIS COMPANY 😫 😩 😭 Also said that it left London on 12th July, so got lost then

Absolute joke of a company. Dodgy shipping details it arrived in Edinburgh sat for weeks and nothing appeared. Said they would refund but we will see. Avoid at all costs

Just a scam outfit, thankfully I only lost £28

Unfortunately I fell for this scam, website looked so legit on Instagram, ordered two items and they actually took correct payment, sent very detailed tracking info that looked genuine, goods eventually arrived in the UK two weeks ago and no tracking information sent. No delivery of items, contacted runkiwi customer support and they apologised and said replacement items will be sent. I very much doubt I will ever recieved them.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

SCAMMERS!!! They send you dodgy tracking emails and nothing ever appears. DO NOT USE! Feel aggrieved as they advertised on Meta socials (Insta/Facebook) so assumed credibility. Is there nothing that can be done about these criminal enterprises?

Avoid this company. Overcharged. £22 sale and took £29. Don’t understand d how a company is allowed to commit fraud with no repercussions.

Wish I’d read the reviews first . Placed an order for £16.99 and got charged £23.21 . They have an automated customer service email that says any overcharges will be refunded . Not a Uk company but has a .co.Uk email, Let’s see if my product turns up !
