WARNING! Do not buy anything from this company. 2 months after ordering a calendar, I have finally received the wrong calendar of very cheap quality!
They are a scam … you have been warned!

Delivery late, tracking showed it leaving somewhere in USA then stopped outside Manchester UK , then it appears leaving China??? total scam ,when it arrived I just put it straight in bin . Was meant to be a Xmas gift but looks nothing like the advert . Paper picture of guitars covered in plastic . Total rubbish !!!!!!!
Should have checked trustpilot before ordering .

After seeing an advertisement on Instagram for a very cute Christmas themed embroidery kit I, on the spur of the moment, decided to purchase. This was 3rd November 2024. Big mistake.
The price was £38.98 I paid via PayPal immediately, upon checking they had taken £42.88.
I emailed them straight away and to give them credit they did refund me saying it had been an error on their system. At this point I believed them. A couple of weeks went past and I received tracking stating that my parcel had left Boise, ID, USA and was making its way up through the USA and being tracked all the way, it then stated that it had arrived in Oxford, UK and this is where the supposed tracking ended.
It was at this point I contacted Runkiwi to find out what the problem was. I also decided to check out trust pilot to see other people’s experiences with this company.
It seems this is their scam, taking more money than they should, and the fictitious tracking.
In early December I decided to contact PayPal as I wasn’t sure if I would ever receive my item. I think by doing this spurred Runkiwi to do something and actually post my item. It was posted on the 7th December.
It was only then I heard back from Runkiwi and they then gave me a different tracking number, this time probably the correct one, this tracking stated the item originated in China and not the USA.
Finally on the 3rd January 25 I received the item, had I known when I placed the order it would be this annoying to chase I would not have ordered with them. Lesson learned, buying from an ad on instagram I must do my due diligence first and definitely check their ratings with trust pilot.
So as for any kind of recommendation for this company, I would definitely AVOID, or at the very least check how much money has been debited from your account and expect a very long wait and don’t rely on the tracking numbers they provide.

Do not trust what you see on the website! Pictures are enhanced what you eventually get ( my xmas ornament took over 6 weeks) is nothing like what you see on the website . It’s overpriced rubbish , steer clear

Christmas Decoration delivered yesterday (2nd January) 46 days after I ordered it. As well as the ridiculous time they took to ship it, it is nothing like the image on their website and if I'd have realise how horrible it was I would not have ordered it. False advertising and ludicrous delivery times and not at all interested in sorting anything out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered two Xmas tree decorations in October delivered end of December... Absolutely awful things nothing like what I ordered...I ordered a giraffe and a highland cow and received a horse and a red panda??? Refusing to refund...never deal with them again

Ordered a Christmas game in November, promised delivery 2 weeks, didn’t come until new year, no use now but refusing refund

Took additional money from my account. Cancelled my order as took too long to deliver and no refund received. Avoid this cowboy trader at all costs.

At the beginning of November, I ordered calendars on small easels for five friends as Christmas presents. Despite many emails explaining why I needed them urgently, they arrived on Christmas Eve with the presentation boxes broken.
It was too late send them out so I’m now left with calendars which go out of date in broken boxes.
This company should most certainly be avoided.

Disgusting company, purchased two items for Christmas gifts in November. The company took an excess of the cost from my bank account and only refunded the difference when I complained. The items have still not been delivered and they are refusing to refund. Please avoid them and do not use their services on Facebook either as I believe they are fakes and just don’t care. They are not even worth the one star

This company could improve by providing goods that resemble their promotional videos. I paid over £10 for a tree decoration that looked like a proper ornament not a cheap cut out that I wouldn't pay a penny for! Do not purchase from this company, took over 5 weeks to come and was meant to be a present. Total scammers!!!

I ordered three Christmas Tree decorations on 17th November. There was no indication anywhere, that they would be coming from China. Tracking updates (in Chinese!) suggested that they arrived at a postcode in Lincolnshire (I live in Nottinghamshire) on 13th December. All I got from Runkiwi was "be patient". The decorations arrived this morning, almost seven weeks after the order. To say that they were a disappointment is a huge understatement. Frankly, they were rubbish. They bear no resemblance to the promotional photographs and belong only in the rubbish bin. IN SUMMARY, EVERY ASPECT OF THIS TRANSACTION WAS ABSOLUTELY SCANDALOUS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

still waiting for a Christmas game ordered Dec 1st. They give you the impression they are a UK company with a UK email address and UK head office address. I’ve continually asked for a refund as game now no longer needed - who needs a Xmas game now it’s 28th Dec? This is a lesson to me to check reviews first. Please do the same and don’t order from this fraudulent company.

If I could give a 0 star then I would. I ordered christmas gifts back in november according to update today they are in edinburgh can't see why when I live in the south west of England. According to them the package has gone from Richmond USA via customs usa arrived UK 15/12/24 cleared customs 18/12/24 arrived shipping partner 20/12/24 departed shipping partner facility 23/12/24 now I write this as it is on the message,2024 12 27 09:08:21UTC Edinburgh, eh153hu United Kingdom, The shipment is in transit in the country of the United Kingdom.

Ordered Christmas embroidery at the beginning of November for UK delivery and in spite of several updates on their transit from China they got as far as Ireland at the beginning of December and I have heard nothing more of them. I contacted RunKiwi and they said things may take a little longer than normal!! 2 months on and still not received.

AVOID !!! Delivery took 5 weeks from China and goods nowhere near the picture … absolute rubbish been overcharged for cheap plastic photo was false advertising!

Ordered a Christmas present in mid November. No delivered, refuse to refund. Useless service - scam do not use

I would avoid this company. I purchased items for Xmas presents on 1 December. It’s now 27 December and still not received. They promised I would receive before Xmas. I had to repurchase new gifts from a reliable website. They also fraudulently took additional money from my bank account!

Ordered an item on the 8th November and still hasn't arrived. Was a Christmas present so very disappointed. Asked for a refund several times and have had no response. Not good enough.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a gift, sent false tracking number from USA. When I chased 3 weeks later, sent it from China. Not received in time, it was nothing like the picture on the website - refused it and still not had a refund. They ignore my emails. They make out the company is based in the UK. They are a very dishonest company. Do not use!
