I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with the customer care team. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. While my issue might have seemed trivial, it was handled with real care and professionalism, which I truly appreciated. A special thank you to Ben for going above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire interaction—excellent support all around!

Customer Care gets a 10/10 from me

I bought a pair of Saucony running shoes from Runlimited about 7 months ago after doing an in-store gait analysis. That whole experience was great to be fair, it actually gave me a lot of confidence I was buying the right shoes rather than just guessing.

Unfortunately, the shoes started to degrade earlier than I’d expect. Not really on the store, but obviously still a bit frustrating, so I reached out to see what could be done.

I ended up dealing with Ben from customer care and he was genuinely great. Just felt like speaking to a normal person who actually cared, rather than going through the usual scripted, robotic responses you get most of the time. He understood the situation straight away and just handled it properly.

We got to a resolution that I’m really happy with, and that’s basically why I’m leaving this review. Stuff goes wrong sometimes, but it’s how it’s handled that matters, and this was handled really well.

A superb running store in London

A superb running store in London - genuinely one of the the best retail experiences I've had. Liam was an absolute delight and so knowledgeable about shoes and running in general. Felt super reassured with the information I got from the gait analysis and was came away with some shoes I wouldn't have even thought to try just shopping myself but which are working so well for me. Highly recommend

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

Terrible experience! Ordered shoes from their website, they arrived a day or two later than I ordered, that's fine, I can forgive postage delays and mistakes. My son tries them on - just one shoe on his foot - and immediaetly realises, oh they dont fit, so we put them back into the box and request a return. Nothing was happening for a few days so we followed up, eventually got the label. Sent them back fine. Next day, we get an email from them saying we returned the shoes worn and faulty, but he didnt even walk around in them.

We messaged them saying this was wrong etc. etc. and asked for a picture of the soles. They are completely fine! We followed up saying they're clean, we didnt wear them out or anything, and they stay silent for a few days, when randomly, out of the blue, they send an email to use giving us the return and saying it was "a mistake".

How on earth can it be a mistake if they sent us a photo of the exact shoes we ordered?

I think that they saw my question on reddit in r/legal advice and saw that I was prepared to take this further, so they issued a return.

Very shady business practices and also, THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE IF YOU DIG DEEP IS A FLAT IN LONDON. What kinda business runs operations from a flat in London??

Very shady, do not buy from them.
