This is my first time using a running app. I must admit that I am loving it. Prior to this I either did not follow a plan or had a plan but was not great at keeping to it. With Runna App the fact that you tick off each work out keeps me on track and I am even doing some regular strength work
The app is great, makes life so much easier when you get your plan and workout schedule in your phone. The setups are great and you get the full coaching experience but in an app 🏃♀️ love it!
Enjoying using the app, once you get used to the settings it is easy to use.
The workouts are easy to follow and understand.
Runna has made training for my first half marathon a no-brainer. I came to the app between beginner and intermediate, running just once in a while. With Runna it has allowed me to train for a half marathon knowing that I'm putting my best foot forward and the team has my best interest in mind to make race day easily achievable. Each week there is a topic to focus on, breaking down the metrics and mechanics into digestible articles.
I couldn't rate this app more! It's really easy to use and so rich in information. You can learn a lot from the various articles on there and the training programs are really well designed. It's an app that can be used for anyone at any point in their running career and I think a great way to stay motivated.

How I can swap the training days around to suit my needs, has good variety in workouts, syncs to my watch
I've been using Runna for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier about it. The running plans and strengh plans are both challenging without being overwhelming, and engaging, as there's always something new.
I'm not sure if it's a network issue or something to do with my phone, but when I've used the app abroad I find that I only get run split updates at the end of each lap, rather than after every km.
Other than that I only wish I could connect the app to my Fitbit.
Helped me get back to a routine, create discipline and more. I’ve improved so much in less than a month. Runna is part of my daily routine 😊
I love that you create your own plan with the guidance of experts who know how to get you in great shape, with the strategy they put in place for us to become the great runners we know they believe that we can be.
Excellent plans, easy to follow, works well with my Garmin. You can ask staff questions and they’ll reply.

One thing that would be awesome and make it even more better would to be able to listen to Spotify and the app at the same time through Apple Watch 🙂
Easy to use, love the Spotify play lists and has a lot of knowledge on all things running eg. nutrition etc.
I love the integration with my garmin, I just do the workout and follow the prompts. I have the same plan written out from a couple of years ago but never followed it as I found it hard to work out the speeds and intervals myself. Looking forward to seeing my progression actually following a proper plan.
