I’ve been running for over ten years, but this has genuinely transformed my running. It’s all so well thought out, and seamless integration with your watch.
I’m running my fastest times since I started out running, and it’s motivating me to hit every session. I’m surprised at how good it is!

Nice app when running outdoors, but lacks features and UX.
Terrible when using a treadmill:
- Constantly loses connection to the treadmill.
- No way to reconnect without restarting the workout, which I do if it loses the connection at the beginning. But it always turns out it loses it again by the end of the workout
- Sometimes skips splits on it's own, without pressing the skip button
- Sometimes pausing the treadmill also pauses the workout. But sometimes it stops it completely, and you have to start over
- Pulling out the safety cord on the treadmill stops the workout with no way of continuing. It often happens if I jump for water, or to tie my shoe, even though the treadmill is paused. I ended up working out without the safety cord. Restarting the workout is so much more pain.
- Uploads random workouts to Strava. F.E I just ran 5km in 40 minutes. What I got in Strava was a workout for 5km in just 49 seconds. It mostly happens when the workout was stopped for some reason (like pulling the safety cord). I start over, skip the segments I already did. And then get total bulls*** on strava

Excellent customer service. Would recommend. Both I and my partner use the app at varying levels of running experience. We both get excellent value for money from it

The workouts are well thought out, the videos for warm ups and cool downs are great, the texts are encouraging

Really great app that’s flexible. Love that it ques changes in your run from you watch audibly so you don’t have to constantly look at the minutes. Support is also super responsive.

Bought the app as I loved the training sessions being sent to my watch, it breaks down each part of your training and displays a pace range on your watch to keep within!

It's difficult how to rate this app.
I think the strength training is great but not sure it's worth £15 per month.
But honestly I think the running training plans are not quite right. I think that they dont have enough data on you to be able to give the right guidance regarding pacing. I found that the runna plan whet to fast too quick leading to overload and injury. I did get an injury which has taken me 3 months to get over and my knee still gives me problems. I had a personal trainer and a physio at the time as I was training for an ultra. When we looked back over the training plan we realised that the plan was too ambitious, the distances increased too quickly as did the pace. There is alot of data that the runna app doesn't doesn't take into consideration unlike the Garmin training plans. I wear my Garmin all the time and it takes all my metric data into consideration when creating a plan. Stick with Garmin and honestly I really like Nike Run club as the coach talks to you during runs.

2 marathons in and I love runna... excellent plans with accurate times and realistic objectives. Would love to be able to offer a friend a discount but cannot find the option.
What I like most is that Runna come with me in my running, leading towards the range given by the excercise.
I’ve tried various running apps and runna is truly the most well designed. Numerous times I found myself wishing the app had a certain feature and then finding it already implemented into the app. The variety of the training plans helps me a lot as an intermediate runner to both push my training to a more professional level but also keep running fun and interesting. Customer support is very helpful and streamlined in the app, I wish it looked like this with more platforms.
I've been using Runna for the last 2 months and I absolutely love it. It's without a doubt the best training tool I've used, and I have tried NRC and Coros training plans. Having something specific tailored for you and access to a community just feels special and gives me the extra motivation that I need to get out the door and run.

Runna makes running an even more enjoyable experience. The app is fantastic, full of incredible information about everything running related. I love how tailored to my running level the workouts are. The fact that I can even have strength and conditioning added to my weekly training sessions makes a lot of difference. I also love the insights from the coaches! By the way, how amazing it is to be able to reach out to the Runna coaches via an in app chat, at any time, to ask any running related questions, and they will certainly answer them all as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this app to anyone who loves running, regardless of their level of experience. Runna is definitely a game-changer! 🏃🏻♀️

Runna makes my runs easy. As a beginner, I find it really hard to follow traditional plans and Runna solved that for me. Also, as a freelancer, I have a hard time attending any in-person group trainings given my ever-changing schedule. Again, Runna solved that for me as I can have my training in my pocket and I can easily adjust that to my schedule.
