lost in the ether

I had ordered at Runnerinn a couple of times before, but I don't think I will do so again. On December 16, I ordered a pair of running shoes to my parent's house, where I was going to stay for the holidays until after new year's. Since the delivery estimation was Dec. 19-24, I was sure that I'd get the shoes even if there would be a delay. I finally left on January 3rd, without having received the shoes. On January 5th, I got notice that a delivery would be made soon, which I cancelled, since I won't be back until summer. It took another ten days for the shoes to go back, and I can see that Runnerinn received them on the 15th. I tried to contact them to arrange reimbursement, but the answer I got had nothing to do with my request. I have since tried a second time, but no answer. Maybe they are completely overwhelmed with trying to expand beyond Spain, but if they would at least acknowledge the problem and answer my messages with something related to my inquiry, I'd be a lot more confident that I'll ever get my money back...

Edit: my order number is 64916400 and I would appreciate if this can be resolved, but overall system will have to be improved significantly to detect and resolve orders stuck in limbo...

absolutely no customer service.
the delivery has been put on hold by the shipping company.
it has been 5 days since I've opened a case about my order (65451284) and it is impossible to have a real answer that does not come from a bot.
I'll never buy again from you

Order arrived safely

I was very dubious about ordering from here after reading reviews online. However I’m pleased to say the trainers turned up within 2 weeks of ordering. They arrived 5 days later than it estimated. The order came from Spain, via the Netherlands to the UK I believe from checking the tracking, but Royal Mail delivered them safely today so no issues here. (I ordered with credit card for better consumer protection just in case)

Dodgy company, no support, refuse refunds. AVOID!!!

Very dodgy. Ordered some trainers, due to arrive last wednesday. It's now Monday and no sign of them. Email Support and they just keep auto-replying with a broken tracking link. No sign of human support. Will be starting a chargeback with my bank.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I have emailed them several times with my order details, every time they send an automated message telling me my order is on the way with a broken tracking link. It's now been over a week since ordering and the courier still doesn't have the parcel. Have attempted to get a refund but I just receive the same AI response.

EDIT 2 (because this seems to be the only place they reply?): Please get your customer service team to reach out with details on a refund asap. Service your customers instead of trying to save face on TrustPilot!

EDIT 3: You have sent me several emails saying that you would not refund even though the item was missing. And now you're saying this is because I complained to PayPal? VERY suspicious practices with no attempt to put things right

Feel scammed

Charged £6.99 delivery for trainers that cost £44 and charged £11.99 to return them when they didn't fit and were funny shape. I'd looked for return price before purchase and couldn't find one for UK, just that it was 'very easy to return' so thought it was included in high delivery price. Didn't arrive quickly and turns out they are bring returned to Spain. Feels like I've been scammed. Actually returns label was for UK so even more Scammy cost. They make it very hard to return too.
I had contacted you and got nowhere. Postoffice said I should have been charged £4.25 for the postage service used

No refund 6 weeks after return

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. I have proof the return has been delivered on 2nd Dec yet they claim they have not received it. Customer service is useless- you just get a template reply. I would never buy from here again and would suggest you avoid too

they promise quick deliveries just to…

they promise quick deliveries just to get your order and then they will delay it for as long as they can. am waiting already for 4 working days after their latest delivery date and guess what: still don't know when it will leave their warehouses. if you have urgency please choose other platform. this one is unreliable

Don't order from this company

Don't use this dodgy company. Placed an order on the 20th December. It said delivery will be 23rd December. Still not received!! They keep saying they will make a ticket and contact me soon as ive obviously asked for a refund so i can buy from a reputable company, and of course, still waiting.
They say they'll deliver and have no intention of delivering when they claim, just to get you to place an order.
Disgusting company!

Avoid at all costs

Unable to obtain a refund for returned running shoes. They sent the wrong size. Unhelpful and deceptive communications. In my opinion a rouge and unreputable trader - not to be used. Avoid- not worth the hassle or the loss of money. I would rate negative if possible.

Scam - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Scam - ordered trainers and after 6 weeks they still had not arrived. Contacted customer services multiple times over the next few weeks and got no reply until I said I would report it to my credit card company. They then made me submit a ‘lost order’ form and they never updated me after that. After 10 weeks I went through my credit card company to get a refund. Not sure how there are positive reviews as it seems to be a complete scam - if you buy from them, definitely do it through your credit card company or expect to lose your money as the company refused to cancel my order and refund me.

Too slow & long delivery wait

I ordered an Addias long sleeve runners shirt on November 29th. It was supposed to arrive Dec. 9th. It has still not arrived. Today is Dec. 22nd.

My daughter & son-in-law came into town for an early Christmas celebration, which we had on Dec. 20th. Unfortunately, the shirt which is a gift for my son-in-law, has not arrived.

I've contacted Customer Service which was of no help. They just keep referring me to the tracking number for the U.S transportation company, bur offer no additional assistance.

I would not recommend ordering anything from this company- way too slow & excessively long delivery periods & poor customer service.

If there would be negative stars...

If there would be negative stars, I'd take them. My package never arrived and they blamed it on the local post and never gave me my refund. They wanted the shoes back. How could I do that if they were never delivered?
In addition, whenever I wrote to customer service, they just answered one liners saying to claim to the post office.
Please just buy your shoes from a reputable and responsible store.

Thank you for your reply! Its certainly quicker than contacting you directly!!
I have sent copies of order? Photos? Order number? I have given everything that was requested, just feel its a delay tactics!! I cant do anything else. Just very unfair!!
So nothing will happen its been going on since October, so realistically I won't be compensated for the faulty hole in jacket!!! Not good service!!

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to claim some issues related to the order you received. (for example, the item is missing from the order, missing customization, the product does correspond to the image etc.)

My advice - shop elsewhere…

I paid for postage and packing when I placed why order at £6.99 - not cheap.
The Royal Mail requested a further £5.00 as the postage hadn't been paid at all - not their fault.
Messaged Runner Inn for a refund of the P&P - no response.
Disappointing lack of customer care.

This has been one of the worst online…

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered an item over 9 weeks ago, and the company has failed to deliver anything.
They have ignored emails, failed to provide updates, and have not refunded my money despite being clearly in the wrong. The total lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking.
No customer should be left waiting this long with zero communication and no product. I’ve now had to escalate this through my bank/payment provider because the company simply refuses to resolve the issue.
In my experience, this company has shown unreliable service, poor communication, and no responsibility for fulfilling orders. I strongly recommend that others think twice before purchasing.
