Great buying experience! I purchased two pairs of running shoes online, a lot cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Dispatched very quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. The personalised handwritten note was a really nice touch.

Amazing customer service and knowledge.
Went in on Saturday (30 May) to try on some trainers following a gait analysis and I was looking for trainers to support walking as well as running.
The member of the team (young lad with glasses) was massively knowledgeable about the shoes I was looking at and quickly went through the specs that were beneficial, especially as some of the recommended trainers were older models and he was able to run through the new models that could be suitable.
The only downside was once we have confirmed size and a decent trainer for me was that the colourway that I was after was not in store.
For probably the first time ever, I felt guilty not purchasing as the time, knowledge and level of service was exceptional.

Superb customer service
I placed an order with them and realised I made a mistake. I sent an email to cancel it and they were super quick and cancel it first thing before opening the store.
