Fantastic experience doing a gait analysis with Mark
Absolutely fantastic experience and service by Mark today.
I booked a gait analysis so I could get running trainers which would help with my recent issue with shin splints.
Mark took me through the gait analysis and was extremely knowledgable about my running form and the causes of shin splints. He recommended 6 different pairs of trainers which I tried on the treadmill in store until I found a pair that helped with the issue.
The whole process took about an hour and I’m really impressed by the amount of time and support I was given by Mark. I’d definitely recommend Run North West to anyone interested in running.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. I came back the next day because the one I brought were trail and I didn't know/wanted trail, but the exchange was smooth and easy. I even brought some sock to go with my trainers. I later found out that I could've got a extra 15%, this would've been helpful if some at the shop had told me. All in all I really enjoyed my experience and will come again.

Great great great running shoes
Asics Womens Gel Kayano 32 -Great great great running shoes. Used to be a club level runner, then things changed, fast forward 17 years with barely any running, now heavier with a tender left knee. Couldn’t find any trainers that helped, but these are the ones that are going to get me back out there again and run. They’re light, springy, supportive and so comfortable. So happy. Thanks for the personalised card inside the box, it gave me a little push. Ta. Fast delivery. Would go back to run north west again.
