I recently purchased a car remotely from this dealership and we dealt with Heman who was exceptional. Professional, courteous, kind, extremely efficient and made the whole process seamless. I would definitely purchase a car from Heman again and recommend this dealership to others as well. Great experience all round!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had the pleasure of working with Heman. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to clearly explain everything about the car, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my purchase.

What truly stood out was his exceptional customer service — he even arranged to have the car dropped off at my residence at no extra charge, which I greatly appreciated.

I bought a very nice car with this company, unfortunately I had to return the car next day because I didn’t check if the car was ULEZ, Heman was very understanding and the return of the car went very smoothly.
The car was a very good price and in very good and clean condition.

Terrible. Saw an interesting car. Car wasn’t prepared (very odd) but salesman stated he would prepare it. Mot, service, oil change, worn tyre, etc. Left deposit on basis car would be fully prepared. Arrived on agreed date to buy it, but car had yet another fault. So needless to say I rejected car as the goods were faulty. Couldn’t waste any more time on incompetence. At that point salesman declared deposit wasn’t refundable! Extremely poor and underhand tactics! Of course many laws/rights are protecting me So pursuing return of deposit. Shocking!!

Avoid avoid .After purchasing a car with a few minor problems and numerous chasing and finally giving up. Within cooling off period manager wasn't interested in giving me my money back . So I kept car stupidly.
Roll on 8 months and I decided to sell car. So I went to put an mot on car to give peace of mind to new owner . It failed on loads of issues mainly rusty dangerous subframe. That much deterioration in 8 months I think not. No way in the world could a car rot that much in 8 month. Dodgy mot me thinks. So please dont buy anything from this place

Unfortunately my experience does not match that of the possitive reviews. They do not honour appointments nor reservations, do no communicate and leave you hanging without giving any explanation.
I phoned Tuesday morning, they confirmed the car I was enquiring about was available and I could view it, I had some questions so was told someone from the sales team would call me that day, I paid for the reservation fee for the car and made an appointment to go on Thursday. Nobody called. Wednesday afternoon my reservation was refunded with absolutely no message nor explanation, so I phoned in again to be told the car had gone for "repairs" that they would send an email explaining, they did not. The car was sold and I never heard from anyone.

Brought a fiat 500 from them that developed a gearbox problem, bullied me into using the optional extended warranty which cost me an extra £650 as the warranty only covered £1800 of the repair, very rude and unhelpful when I rang them, and emailed them.

Excellent service at Runnymede Motors. I bought an Audi that has been an absolute find. I was guided through the sale, no pressure and after a small issue developed later it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend this company enough for your next car purchase.

Do not purchase from this company. I cannot even begin to share my frustration as i have since moved on but do not be their next victim

Poor, and untrustworthy! Please avoid as you’ll be trying so hard to get your money back! They really don’t care about you, only care about selling the car and then will ignore you as much as possible and when you keep calling them they will say you’re very demanding as you won’t you’re money back and been trying for over a month!

Terrible after sales care. Lied to about fixing a fault and then had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere despite having told them exactly what the problem was and out diagnosis was correct. Asked several times for the business owner to contact me to discuss the issue and emailed complaints email but just been ignored. Also didn't tell me they had deregistered the number plate that was on the vehicle.

Great pre-sale; couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. Once you’ve paid however…..oh dear!…
…then communication from Runnymede Motors becomes sporadic and without commitment. ‘Vaguery’ is their mantra from this point on.

Detailed enquiries are obfuscated in a cloud of well chosen, rehearsed and tricky platitudes.
Here’s an example for you; “how about the road tax?” I ask.
Reply from two separate salesmen, “oh that’s simple, a 5 minute job that’s sorted when you pick it up”….no mention that it’s you that pays it on top of their asking price….a tricky bunch to deal with. Be warned.
As for the car…..time will tell…..I’m not hopeful given the above.

Made an enquiry and arranged to see and test drive a car. Called again to confirm what time we would be there. Drove for 1 1/2 and arrived to be told they’d just sold the car! Not a call to stop us or a chance to see it first. SO unprofessional.

A very friendly manner and happy to answer any questions, would highly recommend Runnymedemotors.

Staff were really helpful, didn't feel rushed at all, car was exactly as the advert which included a small dent. They fixed this at no extra cost. Ibby was good to work with, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.

I purchased a polo from here. Really low millage and was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very friendly and patient. Thank you very much.

I've bought many cars over the years and this was the first time I wasn't harassed or given a lot of sales jargon. Ibby and his colleague were fantastic. Very relaxed, not pushy at all and a pleasure to do business with.
