Legit website, good customer service and good overall experience

I sent an email to Runway27 directly, asking if they expect to receive some shirts soon, since on their website everything was already sold out. They replied within a few hours (on the weekend!) and offered me to join a collective pre-order.
It did take about 4 weeks until I received the package, but they informed me that the delivery was expected to arrive "some time next month", so I knew what to expect.
They were quite responsive for any questions that I had and very friendly and polite. When they didn't receive one of the sizes, they reimbursed me the amount via Paypal without any issues. The shirts eventually arrived and they are as expected.

TLDR; Responsive customer service and legit website. Shipping took a bit long, but it all turned out well.
I would order again from there.

I haven't received the jacket I paid for

9 September - I've ordered that items (4 shirts and 1 coat ) on 9th September.
16th September 2022- After i sent an email my items has been successfully dispatched. They told me they forgot to send my items...
23 September 2022- Finally I have the package.

My order date was 9th September. on 23th September and I still had trying to get my delivery properly.

It took more than a week until my order was recognised. And it was only recognised because I was asking about it.

The parcel didn’t contain the coat. Earlier on I haven’t received any notification it will be sent later on. There was only a hand written note with the current delivery. I need this jacket this week but i ve learned that I won't receive in 10 more days.

I know the delivery is not in Runway27 hands however I would like to mention Royal Mail haven’t delivered the package to me. I received a notification only they will try to redeliver it to me and I couldn't find a red note about it. I never found that red notice paper. Because the address was wrong.

Finally I went to Royal Mail centre to get the package after so many calls (Because I couldn't reach Runway27 customer service on time) with royal mail to find my package.

On 23th September , I sent an email 2 times however I didn’t receive any answer.

I ordered 4 shirts and a coat however the coat didn’t arrive.

26 September 2022, I got an answer from 3 days later. At the beginning of September, they said that there is a company that buys all the coats and that they produce all the jackets for them. They said they need 10 days for the jacket to be reproduced or they will refund my money. Since they did not say this from the beginning, I told them that I did not have time to order from another company and that I wanted to receive the jacket after 10 days.

26 September 2022, They told me that I would receive the jacket on October 11, 2 weeks later.

11 October 2022, no tracking number and any information email has been sent and I still haven't received the jacket I paid for. I sent an email them, but i couldnt get any answer yet.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had was with Runway. At the end of the time you claimed that I would receive it, it was me who contacted you again. I really don't know how to they compansate for this situation.

Great shirts great service

Ordered through them for the first time, order was delivered quickly but I decided to try a different size. Returned and they exchanged quickly for what turned out to be the right size. Asked quite a few questions and they were very helpful and informative on the shirts. Would recommend the company and shirts are amazing, it's nice to wear shirts decent shirts for a change.

Returned my order. No refund. No answer on mail, phonecall or contact through facebook

Placed an order. Accidently the wrong size. I then placed another order in the right size. when the package arrived i requested them to return the parcel containing the wrong sized items. And received the parcel with the corrected size items. It has now been over one month since i placed my orders. They have not refunded my money. I have called them serveral times but without any answer. I have contacted them through email, the contact form on their webpage and through facebook where i can see that they have read my message. But no answer.

Now i will have to request a refund though my bank from this fraud company.
