Came in today for the first time! Just WOW so many beautiful pieces! Sarah was so amazing and kind and because of her I would definitely come back. Would give a zero review star if I could
We had the misfortune from purchasing a dress from this company. I bought a dress for my daughter fitted by a shop assistant only to realise we were sold the wrong size. It's not too much to ask for trained staff and expertise advice considering all they do is sell dresses.
Then to be told we are unable to exchange it for a size up even though the dress had not been worn and original tags in place. This due to a 7 day exchange policy.
I asked to speak to a manager only to be told all communication is to be done by email. Avoid them at all costs. I have since spoken with two tailors who said other customers have had similar experiences with this company.

Fast shipping and good quality
I ordered a dress from here for Valentine's Day and it was shipped the same day and delivered before it was meant to. I ordered the zimmi dress and was everything i had hoped for. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends!

This company is a scam,
I received a faulty item and had to pay for postage to return the item
They then refused to refund my money so now I have no item and out of pocket of $200
The credit note did not even work so they are a scam.
A legitimate company would of refunded my faulty item without hesitstion

Do not waste your money here, most ridiculous returns policy, such a scam that you can't get your money back and it has to be returned within 7 days!
