Don’t order from this website! I ordered a dress from them and it was the cheapest quality for the price they charged. The seam was coming apart so I tried returning it and they wouldn’t take my return. They only take 7 day returns, well I ordered from Canada so it took way longer than 7 days to get to me. We emailed back and forth and I gave them proof of the damage and then they emailed me back with a passive aggressive message, accusing me of tampering with the dress. They also addressed me with the wrong name after we had been messaging back and forth…thus making it obvious that they called me by the wrong name on purpose just to be petty. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, even after I explained that it was for a bridesmaids dress so it’s important. Don’t give them your money

Ordered two dresses and Delivery came quickly but when the items arrived both items I ordered was faulty.
The button fell off one of the dresses after my first try and the second dress had a tear on the side.
Reached out to them via Instagram and they never responded.

The most STUNNING dress I have ever worn!
I ordered a formal dress online, and boy was I nervous about the quality and sizing, but to my surprise... It was the most drop dead gorgeous dress I've ever worn!! Fit me like a glove as sizing was identical to the measurements! Material is worlds better than I expected! The support was also super helpful in regards to sizing! 5/5 would recommend!!

I ordered a dress for my graduation
I ordered a dress for my graduation. It fit well but then after I got to the venue I was told there was as a hole down the bottom of the zip.
So now I had to walk around with a hole in the dress
I put through a faulty complaint into the website and all they were going to offer me was a $30 credit in store or they would have it repaired
I was annoyed by the quality of the garment so I definitely didn’t want the credit

My friend ordered a dress from this company. The dress looked so pretty on their side and on their social media accounts. But when she received the dress, it wasn't anything like the picture. The dress was a totally different color and the material looked really cheap.
Their service is really bad and they aren't answering any of her mails. We also commented on their tiktok profile, but they just deleted our comments twice.
Also, she paid 50 dollars for express delivery yet the dress took a long time to be delivered and were just delivered a day before the event, therefore she wasn't able to get a new dress and couldn't go to the event.
Really bad service and horrible looking dress.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
