Rural king has the worst on line shopping I have ever seen. Try to look up anything you want to see if they have in store, it will bring up most every thing in the store no where near what you ask for so I have given up and check other places. I would think as big as they are they would have fixed this by now try it yourself it's crazy.

I am so disappointed in rural king..and how stupid they are ...I ordered a birthday gift on the 9 th of October...by the 23 I still hadn't got an email telling me item was shipping..I called canceled my order told them to return my money to a gift card ...they had moved my item to 3 different warehouses. My money is still not returned...don't shop with them!!!

Rural King (Huber Heights) is the PITS !! Check out cashier is rude, arrogant and nasty. I attempted to return 3 (5W30) quarts of oil and the cashier yells that one quart of oil has been opened. She proceeded to insist that the oil had been used which was totally false. I politely requested to speak with Store Manager who readily accepted the return since 2 quarts were never opened and the seal was unbroken.

Terrible company harassed me and my fiance
Terrible company. My fiance and I visited rural king in New Boston Ohio several weeks ago and I had no clue but I had a tied bag in my hand because I was shopping at another store in this shopping center and my fiance went on over to rural king. I went to our vehicle which was locked and had to go into the store where he was rural king. I go into rural king in my hometown as well and never had any issues like this. I was looking around like I always do, it's that time of year where lawn and garden items are being marked down and I've had my eyes on this fire pit for sometime. We were looking and he noticed the workers following us around the entire time. There were three that eve. Just following me and him and harassing us continuously asking if we needed help. I got aggravated and started to the front and noticed up after you pass the registers there was about 6 workers waiting on us. So humiliating there were customers in there and the man I'm guessing a manager asked to see my bag like I was a thief. I of course let him see it because I hadn't stolen anything but from the time I arrived in that store until the time I left I was looked at as a thief . I did nothing wrong besides browsing . He followed us outside and didn't even look in my bag just put his hand in it maybe to see if I'd let him look. I did and then he tells me it's policy to check everyone's bag . I told him nothing was posted and i hadn't even made it over the threshold before he stoped me right in front of everyone. They should be checking purses and everything if it's policy to check everyone's bags . I'm so embarrassed and I'll never be back to that store. I definitely cried all the way home. I am a Walmart spark driver that delivers and I've worked my entire life I have no record and I was labeled because someone seen my little bag that I had one shirt in and a pair of sunglasses I bought next door. If it's policy to check bags they should've checked everyone's that day . Customers were staring at me, the man that ran up to me embarrassed me and all the other workera who came up tome the entire time and a few walking around had their eyes on me. I'd never take anything from a store and never have.

We don't go to Rural King a lot because of distance. We buy a lot of Feed for our dogs cats chickens every week. Prices seemed good there workers were nice. Seems workers at these type of stores are friendly. Got Sportmix dog food to try for our dogs they love it. Chickens like the feed and scratch grains.

I call and ask if they need any today since they haven't any in the store and was told since they're not broken color they don't want them. I raise Angola rabbits and sigh says " rare Rare rabbits" Only thing I see them carrying is meat rabbits . I will be taking the 1000.00 dollars I spend each month for animal food somewhere eles.

I was at Rural King today, we had a few things to pick up. I went back to look at the ducks wanted to buy a few. But when I saw the condition they were in I decided not to buy. No water, dirty cages and some looked to be almost dead. I did however speak to an associate and asked her to get someone to take care of them, She said she would get a Manger. First the gentleman that ask to go to the computer to do paperwork deleted by mistake and I had to do everything again, that’s ok no problem. To finalize paperwork he took 2 people before me who I was waiting first ok again . 3 days to go pick up my gun and 30 minutes in lane waiting for my turn same gentleman called my name ok . Kept on adding my address and credit card info over and over again, only to receive error messages saying that I havent selected a billing address at least 5 times. Online Service is the worst in the Business. Ordered online, (which is the only way per the lady from Crystal River store) from the Spring Hill Store in June 2024. I received the confirmation of the order and then received the confirmation that it was ready to pick up. When we got there, I told the lady at the counter that we were there to pick up an order. She said sarcastically, when did you order? if today it's not ready, I told her that we ordered almost a week ago and had confirmation that the order was ready to pick up. The order was out front as usual but short and when I asked her to just credit my card, she told us she couldn't do that and could only issue a Gift Card! Well, I tried to make another order online using the gift card this weekend and again today, and it does not work! I love the store and the products, but your online service is terrible.

Too little customer service
I purchased 10 bags of compost, but no one showed up to help me load it. I recently had heart surgery so I was not supposed to lift 400 pounds. They called for help 3 times but nobody showed up to help. After 15 minutes I had to return and wait in line at the register to get a refund. There was only one cashier with 6 or more customers in line. They called for backup cashiers several times but nobody showed up. Far too little customer service to serve customers.
