I have been with Rural WiFi for a number of years now. I have found them to be extremely reliable and reasonably priced. I live in the countryside and have forestry around my house. I tried a few companies before I found Rural WiFi, they are the only company that got us connected at a decent speed, even the landline speed was extremely slow (not fiberoptic) through eircom. Rural WiFi customer service is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They return a call or email when they say they will, they deal with the issue promptly and professionally. I recommend Rural WiFi 100%

I don't usually write reviews but I would like to share my positive experience I have had and still have with Rural Wifi. I had little to no reception in a very rural area. It was very frustrating. I dared to try out the Rural Wifi equipment having been advised and guided by the staff there as to the possibilities. The installation and connection was easy peasy. What a difference! Although it's not going to be equivalent to a super speedy fast conventional broadband (which of course is not available yet here which is the reason for using Rural Wifi) it is fast enough enough for mails, Internet, and even to my joy Netflix! I watch netflix using apple tv and it works seamlessly. The communication with all the staff was nothing short of brilliant. Thank you,

Top tier service from start to finish
When nobody else entertained us, RuralWifi went above and beyond to secure the best package possible for our home. Hannah, Katie and Anthony have all been great to us from sales to customer aftercare. Anthony ran through all the options available to us and made sure we were aware of the costs associated with each package and some advice on suggested packages based on experience. Hannah was quick to contact us and make sure everything was okay with what we received and then promptly handed us to Katie who has been super at checking in and handling any questions we might have as our account manager. If I have forgotten anyone's name I apologise! But you will be looked after as a person and not a number at RuralWifi!

My Dad is not tech savvy and the team at Rural Wi-Fi, particularly Dawn, gave him so much kindness and patience, to help him figure out a few problems. The team are all so lovely to deal with and go above and beyond to try to fix things. I can’t recommend the customer service enough. I would definitely recommend Rural WiFi as a provider.

From start to finish, the service was excellent from calling to get prices to selling from Antony, then when I was having problems, I called the support line and spoke to Ciara and she walked me through everything as it was just a simple fix. The customer service was amazing and all the team members that I spoke to were extremely helpful and understanding, trying to get me the best connection possible!

RURAL WIFI are a fantastic service provider..... we had such a great experience with them.... we did have an issue a while ago , not there fault the mast was having some work done on it .... I contacted them they answered straight away, no waiting, they fixed our issue there and then and updated our sim & the Internet is even better now.... Ciara the lady I was dealing with was so amazing, went over and beyond to help and was so patient with me when I was trying to explain the issue, as I am clueless with all these gadgets and WiFi, she fixed everything...... We recently bought an old cottage in Co Cavan. The area has no fibre broadband so we contacted Rural WiFi and were immediately taken back by their friendly customer service team. Everything was explained to me in simple terms and I signed up there and then. The date for installation was arranged and within a week an engineer arrived to get us connected.
