I had an utterly disappointing experience with RushedPassport.com and strongly advise against using their services. On September 1, 2025, I paid for their highest-tier 1-3 day expedited service, which promised delivery of both a passport book and a passport card. I completed and shipped all required documents on September 2. The passport book arrived late on September 9, already past their guaranteed timeframe, but the passport card, which I specifically paid extra for, was never delivered.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email, phone, and their portal, I received no meaningful response or resolution. To make matters worse, they outright refused to issue any refund for the missing passport card or the failed expedited service. This is unacceptable for a company claiming to provide premium, time-sensitive services. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service left me stranded for urgent travel plans, forcing me to seek alternative solutions at additional cost. Avoid this company at all costs, unreliable, unresponsive, and untrustworthy.

Josh and the team were awesome! I was nervous at first, but after I spoke with them I felt much better. I got my passport in about 5 days! Will definitely use again and I recommend to anybody who’s nervous or not sure, they are great. Thanks

This team is ahh-MAZING!!! I needed my passport in VERY short notice. They not only delivered it 5 days before the expected delivery date, the Customer Service was top TIER! Everyone was so patient and friendly while I was freaking out… they really took care of me! Now I’m headed to Peru ready to take on the world! Can’t thank RushedPassport enough!!! 🥳🥳🥳

At first, I was a little skeptical—but it turned out to be the smoothest process ever! In just a few days, I had my passport delivered right to my door, just in time for my trip. Relinquishing control of such a personal, substantive, and consequential task to someone you have never met can feel daunting. Amanda F. proved to be a master of her craft; pragmatic, thorough, and clearly not her or her team's first rodeo. If you follow the steps and provide what is asked, she delivers on time and as promised.

I was skeptical about going with rushedpassport. After starting the process I almost started to back out but I only had about three weeks to get a passport so I could fly to my daughter’s wedding. I needed this and fast. I got a call from Anna and she helped me through a couple problems I was having and pushed me through it. They have contacted me and said my passport was being sent and a week earlier than expected. I was so thankful and now I will be able to walk my daughter down the aisle. Thank you so much rushed passport for making me and my daughter happy. Couldn’t have done it otherwise.

Had a really great experience with Rushed Passports. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure we got our passports when we needed them. All her instructions were clear and accurate. Don't think we could have had a better experience!

I needed my passport within 6 days. I called ‘rushedpsssport on Monday. I had my documents submitted by 5pm on Monday. They provided my with a delivery day of Saturday. This was a tight timeline as I was flying on Sunday. The service was excellent. I reached out to customer service a few times during the week as I was nervous about the timeline. Gleika helped me so much. She responded quickly and professionally. I am so happy with their service.

They kept their word that's what made the experience 5 stars i paid for the 5 to 7 business day service and mailed my documents July 14,2025 I received my passport in the mail July 21, 2025.

My experience was great. Wasn't sure what to expect from an online company so there were concerns in the beginning. As soon as I signed up all concerns vanished. Received my link to the secure portal, followed by a welcome call from support to answer any questions.
Just followed the check list and submitted the documents for review. the team quickly reviewed and provided a next day shipping label. A total of seven days and the passport is in hand.
While everybody was very helpful, I'd like to give Special recognition to Amanda F she was especially helpful and really exemplifies what a Customer Support Specialist is all about
