Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. They never disclosed that you have to call them before they will process everything and these phones are not available until 9am. I work everyday at 9 am and I would not have gotten my passport in time due to this so I had to use another provider to get my passport in time. Had I known this step was required I would not have purchased this service. I called on April 27th to cancel my order and was told it was cancelled & I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. I waited till the fifth day and didn’t get a refund so I logged back onto my account and saw the order was not even cancelled so I emailed them and still have not gotten a response. I called again on May 5th and the lady told me it would be cancelled in 1-2 business and I would get my refund in an additional 3-5. It is now May 10, my order is not even cancelled yet, and I have not gotten any communication regarding it.
I would not recommend anyone use this service. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and overall full of lies. I feel scammed.

0 stars. They are going to say something is wrong with what you submitted to price gouge you into paying the highest priced service which is 1-3 days.
. I completed everything correctly & paid for expedited service. Didn’t receive my passport in time for my trip though they had time. SCAM! Go to your post office. I’m under 900- to almost 1,000$. NO REFUNDS!

If I could give this service a lower rating, I would. All it does it basically allow you to type your information into the application ahead of time and print it out. It is the same service whether you need it in six week or three and yet the charge increases. They claim they make sure your application is accurate, they do not. Both of the applications I submitted were modified at the processing center. You can do everything they do at the processing center without paying for this service. This is a complete scam and I am shocked it is offered through reputable places like AAA. You absolutely do not need this service. Also, customer service could care less if you are unhappy with the service.

Poorest customer service I've encountered. Even after being told I would be refunded money in 7-10 business days. You cannot reach anyone that can verify you will ever get money back. Again I say use a trusted source NOT this one
