STAY AWAY!

I needed a passport quickly. The date they promised was 4 days before leaving for an overseas trip that came up suddenly. Long story short, I had to postpone the trip. Passport came in 5 days AFTER the promised date. Also, ask them for a receipt up front if you need one. I never received one and was told they "can't produce it". EDIT: Got a response via phone, and an email with a form that is to be MAILED to them (as they do not accept it emailed, though a person who works at the office emailed me. I sent to her. She could have printed it out and handed it to a decision maker, but they want to make it more difficult for them to actually be liable for their own wrongdoing).

I wouldn’t recommend !!!!!

After paying $650 I sent my documents to them. They said it wasn't sealed in the right envelope and sent them back. I asked if they could provide a picture of how the envelope should be sealed. they said they couldn't. I looked up how everyone else was sealing their envelopes and did the same. Sent it again, they told me it wasn't sealed correctly again and never sent my documents including my passport back to me. I had to report my passport stolen so I could get a new one. This expedite service has cost me two weeks. Just go to the post office and pay them $60 to expedite it.

Been sitting here for 50 minutes…

Been sitting here for 50 minutes waiting for the "call back" to complete my order. This message was left after I was hung up on by a very rude associate. I am now going to miss the 3:00PM deadline and out $400 plus what ever deadline fees I agreed to pay. Trash company with no support. Shame on FedEx for partnering with them.

Joel ROCKED!!!

He made it super easy, covered all the key points in the application and made sure I was ready to go! Explained the whole process very clearly, covered the gotchas and do's/don'ts and had the documents to me in NO TIME, and made sure I had them downloaded and opened while we where on the phone. A++++

Strongly do not recommend

I'll start with the headline: cancelled the process before even shipping any documents / passport for renewal, and had to call to cancel my order and then they sent me a form to request a refund and ultimately I heard nothing so had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Other items:
- Pricing is not clear - should be on the front page
- Next steps are not clear - I got a message that I was good to send my documents off, but never got my documents because I was supposed to call and have them review the answers I submitted online
- Ultimately, I didn't qualify for the service because my travel wasn't booked

I ended up filling out the simple Dept of State form and filing for an expedited renewal. It was about 300-400 cheaper.

I felt strongly enough about what a racket this felt to be and associated with a name like FedEx that I looked for way to leave a review.

Don't do it!

First, let me say… I did end up getting my passport. However, a friend of mine, doing it the traditional way got his within two weeks and mine took much longer than that. I asked a supervisor to call me and they never did. I left messages for customer service to call me and they never did. I ended up paying for rush my photo, 3 times, including FedEx (even though they don't send it by FedEx when you do it through rush my photo as stated in their own email).... This was after I got a photo at CVS (which they recommend) in their passport department and they rejected it and then also got one at AAA (which they recommend-for which I had to join AAA- the picture they took was horrendous . I didn't even try submitting that one.I'm guessing I spent at least $200 extra, not including their fees, which are already over 200. Really bad experience. They have you talked to an advisor before you send all of your things and they missed some very simple questions that would've kept me from having to send a FedEx twice with my original materials. It would've been funny if it wasn't so heartbreaking and expensive.

This is not real

This is not real. Paid $399 for two
People only to find out is better going to usps and do it . Because they are extra fees included and I don't even know what to say. One of the agent don't me I should tell the agent in the postal office I used rush passport they already know where to send my application to how will they know if I'm using rush passport and why will I pay $199 per application if I still need usps to process my passport application.

I wish the website had a means to upload digital passport photos obtained from Staples. That was frustrating. Otherwise everyone was a great help!!!
