BEWARE! This is a fraudulent operation. They were very nice until my documents were sent and the high fee paid for expedited service. I then had to call the Dept of State to learn that it took 2 weeks for "rushmypassport" to send them the documents. I could have send to State directly and paid a fee to expedite. This service has now compromised consulate appointments and will cost me heavily. I will pursue action against them. DO NOT USE.

Process was very smooth. I received my new passport much earlier than I expected. During the process, I was apprised of progress on a regular basis. Will likely use this service again for the rest of my family.

I wrote a complaint and received a cellphone message from "Akira" to "request a refund", and a "Cancellation request for your FedEx Office order" was emailed to me. I clicked on the "Start a Refund Request" link at the bottom, put in my User Name and Password for "govWorks" (which is NOT a government-affiliated webpage but privately owned). Logged in, and there was NO "refund request" link available. This does not alter my impression of this being a fraudulent operation.
Today I received a message from "RushMyPassport" in response to these complaints, stating they will refund my $119. We'll see if that comes true. Meanwhile, my advice for that company is to make it obvious from the start that they do NOT provide the ID verification step, and that you have to set this up and go to the regular government site (library, post office, etc.) to get your ID check done. In addition, they need to make it clear that the $119 is for assistance in filling out the initial government form ONLY, and does not expedite the eventual required ID check. I'll update this if I actually get a refund.

This service is an absolute scam! We wanted to expedite our son's passport application and looked on the government website on how to do this. The fee's to do so were roughly the same to do it through our local FedEx location. Our local post office did not have appointment times that would work for us, we chose the walk-in option at our local FedEx. We used the computer at the location to answer the necessary questions and paid the $199...only to find out at the end we still had to pay ALL the same fees at the post-office for the passport, fees, and expedite service. Another $200! So I paid $199 to get access to a government website which I already knew how to navigate and is free to access already to only make the process longer.

Seeing on the FedEx website that FedEx offered expedited passport and mistakenly believing that FedEx was a reputable company, even if subpar relative to UPS, I decided to pay FedEx $220 to handle and expedite my passport renewal for me. FedEx then linked me to the GovWorks website, where I entered my personal and credit card information and was charged $220. Upon taking my payment, GovWorks simply linked me to the public travel.state.gov website to submit my application. In effect, FedEx, and GovWorks, simply charged me $220 to provide me the link to travel.state.gov with no other service whatsoever.

The Rush My Passport process was simple, fast, and easy. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations in turn around time and I was able to get my passport and passport card update so I could then renew my Global Entry in record time. Thanks for your help!!!!

Easy process that kept me informed. I liked the tracking mechanism that was emailed to me as well. With so many competing priorities, using AAA for these services made it so much easier for me in not having to worry whether my process was correct or not. Nothing got kicked back from the application and I got both my passport booklet and passport card.

They told me I qualify for their service which involves hand delivered paperwork to the State Department. Don't let them fool you! You have to be traveling within 14 days. They kept my money. Would not give me a refund. 400 it cost and the Post Office told me I would not qualify. The post office sent in my paperwork expidited for 35 dollars. I got my passport in 10 days. This place is a ripoff!!!

The agents I spoke to today were both nice but the first agent promised me I would receive a call from the courier today, letting me know my passport was sent overnight. When I did not receive a call, I called back and the second agent said I would receive a confirmation that my passport was sent by FedEx overnight. I have not received a call or a FedEx confirmation.. I am extremely disappointed in the service and concerned. I am not going to receive my passport in time for my trip.
