Really nice guy, Troy I recommend him as he wasn't pushy left us to browse, answered all my questions, measured some settees and gave advice on firmness. We were there 2 hours looking and deciding, not a minute was wasted. Troy is polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Troy for all your help. I bought a beautiful settee and large foot stole.

I went to Russell Deans to buy a bed. I would like to thank Ronan and Troy for all their help. Ronan initially showed me round and explained about the different sorts of beds available. Then when I had found one that I liked, Troy answered all my questions. Both Ronan and Troy were very helpful, friendly and professional. They never made me feel under any pressure to buy. Their professionalism was especially impressive in view of the fact that they were working in a heatwave, in record-breaking temperatures! Thank you for a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience.

We always use Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd for our furniture . The store is lovely to walk around with some really nice pieces for your home. On a recent visit we met Troy. Nothing was too much trouble and he was really helpful . A credit to the team. Definitely recommend a visit to the store.

We have been customers st Russell Deans for many years...they have a large range of fantastic furniture in stock in a very impressive showroom. All the staff are incredibly helpful and do not push sales. Laura was a massive help to us yesterday in determining which mattress to purchase. Laura was highly professional and friendly in offering my wife and myself advice. Laura gave us the chance to ask loads of questions and try the various mattresses without pushing a sale. That allowed us to be confident to order a mattress knowing it would be the right choice for us. Laura also talked us through all the options with a great knowledge base of the different styles and brands. Many thanks.

Excellent buying experience with Troy at Russell Dean. Wonderful large showroom across 2 floors with a great choice of furniture. We recently ordered 2 sofas and a footstool and nothing was too much trouble. Offered tea or coffee on arrival. Troy was very helpful and informative and was also very patient while I changed my mind a few times before making a decision. Would definitely buy from Russell Dean again.

We were looking for a particular type of sofa and Troy came to our rescue, directing us to the right area in the store and then providing information on each sofa. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Russell Dean if you are looking for furniture.

We recently visited Russell Dean and bought two riser recliner chair and matching settee. The sales person, Troy Ragona, was most helpful and made the whole process very smooth.
Although, perhaps, Russell Dean may be pricier than some of the national furniture companies, we feel that the quality of their products and the quality of their service is worth the extra. Thank you Troy!

Efficient and friendly

We recently went to buy a bed. This process was made easier due to the large range of beds in the store.
Troy gave us great information on both beds and headboard, which gave us all we needed to purchase both a bed with headboard. A great customer experience

Time for a new sofa and chair, took me weeks to make my mind up. So much choice and quality. Laura at Mytholmroyd store was very helpful and patient. Got plenty different colour leather swatches and I choose a totally different sofa and colour to what I was looking at. Great place to visit, no pressure for you to buy just helpful when you needed her. Looking forward for sofa and chair to arrive now

My Wife and I had been to a couple of furniture shops looking for a Stressless reclining chair. In comparison to these establishments Russell Dean was a refreshing change. The store is huge and has a great range of suppliers. All this is great but the main difference was the knowledge of Troy one of their sales staff. Really knew his stuff and as a result I ended up with a different recliner from the one I thought I wanted. Troy’s knowledge meant I found a better more comfortable recliner from the one I thought I would get. So good was Troy at what he does, we also bought a new sofa! Not pushy, good questioning skills and didn’t have to keep finding things out like other staff we encountered elsewhere. Thanks Troy for looking after us. PS we will give the sausage dog you let us have a good home!

We have bought a few furniture items from Russell Dean over the last few years - two sofas, a Stressless chair, and a dining table and chairs. Our most recent purchase a couple of weeks ago was a new king size mattress.

Troy, one of the sales assistants has helped us with a couple of our purchases, including the most recent.

He has always been helpful and informative, and given us a good deal.

We like Russell Dean because the furniture they sell is good quality, made to last, and the service we have reduced from Troy is excellent - friendly, professional, helpful, informative, not intrusive or overbearing, and polite.

We visited Russell Dean on Saturday to get some ideas for a new sofa. We were very impressed with the showroom and the choice available. We were able to look without any sales pressure, but Samantha let us know that she was available if we needed any help. Our experience was so good that we returned on Sunday and ordered a sofa! We again received excellent service from Samantha who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We never thought that we’d have such an enjoyable and positive experience buying a sofa.
