I have a bad experience with the store Russels in Somerset West

I have a bad experience with this store-Russels Somerset West 3342. I made a lay-buy in the store. By the following week I went back to cancel it. I was told that it can take more than 21 days to be paid. I'm totally not happy by this treatment of customers. When u cancel the item, u will be told that it will take long way to be paid back. If Russels in Somerset West treat customers in this way. I promise that they will definitely loose potential customers.
