We received your application first on 25th July 17; thus, your application was first handed over to the embassy the following day (26th). Our first priority is always to guarantee that our customers receive their visa and their passport in time, because we want to avoid that our customer’s departure time is in danger. That’s why my co-worker offered you to choose a quicker mail dispatch. We wanted you to be on the safe side and not to risk your departure time.
We hope that everything worked out for you.

Internal communication should be improved. Over the phone in the morning was informed that visa is still in processing. Then few hours later get the email with the infromation that visa was received from the Embassy already day before and is already sent out.

Russiian visa application processed efficiently
My Russiian visa application was processed efficiently and quicker than expected. I had a change request and a number of queries during the application and was usually able to get through to KT on the telephone without problem and they dealt with my quereis satisfactorily and in a friendly manner.
