Love the stools . Durable and at a reasonable price. Only trouble is I had mistakenly picked a dark wood seat top when I had wanted a lighter shade.

I ordered 4 stools, 2 arrived damaged. I reported immediately via email (they have no phone number to ring) and I’ve had no reply. Automated message stated they will reply within 48 hrs but that was 6 days ago. I’ve sent 5 emails in total, none of which have received a reply. I’ve given 1 star because There was no option to give zero!

The product was good - as per description (hence 2 stars & not 1). But their Customer Service has a lot to be desired. Firstly their pricing is odd.... I needed 6 stools. They sold 2 at a certain price, 4 at a lower price - but wouldn't do all 6 stools at the price they sell 4 at. So even though I purchased more, I had to pay more per stool. The stools arrived and were fine - but unfortunately they were too tall for our requirements. There is no phone number to call and speak with anyone. How can they not have a phone number?! I emailed a few times & filled in their online form and got no response. So I followed their returns procedure online and just sent them back. I emailed again to say they were coming. 2 weeks later - still no acknowledgement or money back. Finally I got a response to an email - asking for proof of delivery, which I sent. They couldn't open it so I sent something different - always waiting days and days before I got a response. Finally over a month after they were delivered back to them I got the refund. So product is good - but Customer Service needs a lot of improvement.

Chairs are great just as advertised. Delivery was really quick too arriving on a Saturday two days after ordering.

Great product good price, delivery meant product was slightly bashed but not enough to worry about hence 4 sars not 5.

We ordered x4 Tuscany stools and we are thrilled with the quality and delivery. I wish we’d found them sooner.

Beautifully made and stylish. Shame they don’t come in a middle height suitable for a worktop counter breakfast bar as these are too tall for my kitchen.......my fault next time I’ll take more note of the height!

The chairs I ordered arrived quickly, however 2 were damaged.
On emailing the company I had a quick response and within a matter of a few days had 2 new chairs supplied with the faulty chairs taken back.
I am pleased with my order and the quality of the product.
