We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.
We have many years of experience in taking care of all our customers’ eye care needs and concerns. We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.
Our practices are located in Crystal Palace, East Dulwich Purley, Sydenham, Welling, and West Norwood. We look forward to welcoming you to the renowned Woodfalls experience.

The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

Fantastic service as always
As always my and my husband’s recent visit to Woodfalls in Sydenham was fantastic. The staff are all so lovely, welcoming and helpful. The optician was so thorough, and gave each of us some really useful advice on things (e.g. potential cholesterol issue) she could identify. I always take a very long time to choose glasses and the staff were patient and very helpful. We recommend Woodfalls to so many people and now wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you.

Very helpful staff and prompt attention in the office. My glasses were ready and fitted in a week! I would recommend the friendly staff and the very competent optician who even remembered me from the year before! Reassuring to see someone who one knows is tracking my eyes from year to year.
