We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.
We have many years of experience in taking care of all our customers’ eye care needs and concerns. We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.

The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

Excellent service
Competent, pleasant and helpful staff who take time to listen and never rush clients. There is a calm and welcoming atmosphere and I am very thankful they are my opticians. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
I know a number of people who have expressed appreciation of the advice and help given when there was an emergency.

Local and welcoming optician service
As a local service woodfall opticians show a variety of test / measuring instruments which enable the service to detect any eye defects and act quickly with any recommendations. They provide a friendly service which always makes me feel comfortable and welcome.
