People say buying your first home is stressful and I understand for some it would be but I can't fault Ryder and Dutton. All of our questions were answered within a day and to a comforting level of detail, Carmel Eveleigh was very friendly and happy to help speed up the process wherever she could. All in all the whole process took just under 2 months and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The house is beautiful and lovely inside but the only problem is it's so close to the road and no car park

Carmel was an amazing estate agent, we have dealt with her twice due to our first house purchase falling through. She rang near enough every week to provide an update and always chased up solicitors when we didn’t get any response from them.
