We have recently moved home and initially put our property up for a sale with another estate agent and it didn’t seem to get many viewings.
Within two weeks of putting our property up with Ryder and Dutton we had sold our property. Geraldine M, Jessica W and Jenny B all helped and supported us through our sale.

Geraldine Marsden handled my queries very well though communication via email was in my opinion not always the quickest way. Getting through on the phone to the office was always a nightmare. And often I was told that the person I wanted worked in a different office. If I was struggling to get through on the phone I am sure buyers were having the same trouble. A surveyor who was surveying for the buyers said his company had the same trouble.

The company was very helpful in helping us decide on how to proceed with the sale of our house as I have never been in this position before and had no idea what to do. Geraldine Marsden helped us through everything and made sure we had everything In place and made the experience of sale the house a good one.Dillon started the process for us and guided us through the start of putting the house up for sale. The Oldham office (Laura Chadderton in particular) were excellent not only in marketing our property but also in providing support following a burst pipe and extensive water damage immediately prior to our first completion date. Ryder & Dutton have recently been helping my son with his first house purchase. We were dealing with Lacey Williams at the Oldham office who we found to be very friendly, extremely helpful and so efficient. She was enthusiastic from the beginning and very easy to talk to . Nothing seemed like too much trouble. She kept us up to date every week and replied straight away to any queries we had, liasing with the sellers when needed. Unfortunately after 6 months of waiting in a chain the sale fell through due to ill health of the seller, which although very dissapointing could not be helped.Lacey was very sympathetic to both sides and has since contacted us about similar houses in the area.I would definately not hesitate to use Ryder & Dutton Oldham again in the future.A very professional service at one of the most stressfull times in your life!
