Shannon in particular was so so nice. We were told at one point the house was unsellable, and as you can imagine we stressed out like mad people. Shannon didn’t once make us feel like unreasonable people - we were we really were. And for that alone we thank you. The rest of the team were just as helpful when stepping in on her days off. Sarah Green was friendly, professional and patient. She went out of her way to help me out on moving in day, which I really appreciated. Sam was also really helpful and patient throughout.

Throughout the process Ryder and Dutton have been fantastic. Even with teething problems from either side the chain or something needed updating on the listing they were proffesional, helpful and most importantly caring. Alex who manged our listing was always approachable kind and helpful answered any questions and took time to make sure we understood everything and that we were happy with any amendments throughout the listing process. Once a sale was agreed, we were the managed by Megan who fought tooth and nail to get the sale through even when problems arose thoughout the chain. We were always kept informed and had regular updates on how the sale was progressing. We cannot sing Ryder and Duttons praises enough, and we thank Graham and his team at the rawtenstall branch for everything to make a stressful process a lot easier.
