After using an online agent and enduring a lot of undue stress, it was refreshing to have the professionalism of Ryder&Dutton, who handled things quickly, smoothly , made contact when they needed to ( no pestering calls) and supportive when chasing up solicitors, in-fact they did the chasing. Excellent and would highly recommend them.

Throughout the process Ryder and Dutton have been fantastic. Even with teething problems from either side the chain or something needed updating on the listing they were proffesional, helpful and most importantly caring. Alex who manged our listing was always approachable kind and helpful answered any questions and took time to make sure we understood everything and that we were happy with any amendments throughout the listing process. Once a sale was agreed, we were the managed by Megan who fought tooth and nail to get the sale through even when problems arose thoughout the chain. We were always kept informed and had regular updates on how the sale was progressing. We cannot sing Ryder and Duttons praises enough, and we thank Graham and his team at the rawtenstall branch for everything to make a stressful process a lot easier.
