I sold using ryder and dutton... my review is specifically regarding Lauren. Lauren was a breath of fresh air throughout 12 months of buyer problems whilst we sold our house. through no fault of our own or R&D we kept losing buyers and at times having multiple offers on the table. Lauren supported with expert guidance with a pleasant friendly attitude and in the end we finally got to buy the home we wanted.

As I was the buyer my interaction with yourselves was limited but found Ada pleasant and helpful

After the professional approach by Kris Street at Ryder And Dutton, we decided to use them to sell our home. Best decision we could have made. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and efficient, from the Rochdale branch for selling, the Rawtenstall branch for initial buying and the overspill hub which takes your calls if not answered by branch. Shannon Laycock at Rawtenstall was so friendly and efficient at her job, a joy to speak to. A very special mention for Lauren Coomber at the Rochdale branch, Lauren listened when we spoke to her and advised us when we required it, all the time being very friendly and incredibly professional especially when our first purchase was falling through.

So, never sold a house before and after seeing a couple of estate agents and how they work we decided to go with Ryder & Dutton. The process isn't easy, and there's multiple stages - it took 18 weeks, was expecting 12 weeks but this wasn't due to Estate Agents this was due to changes a buyer had made multiple times. The main agent was Naveen Naheed in Rochdale, she has always been helpful and polite - enthusiastic with us towards the completion too! Like mentioned previously we've never sold a house before, but the guidance she provided was very helpful and did what she said she would and liaised with both solicitors to get the best result and had honest opinions when asked about next stages.

Having purchased a property through this estate agent, i can honestly say the sale was complicated, due to the vendor being obstructive. This put a lot of pressure on the sale which was managed extremely well by the sale negotiator Ada Grundy. Towards the end of the purchase process more hurdles arose , more than an average sale. Again Ada worked hard to ensure the sale did not fall through. Ada ensured i was up to speed with everything and chased and liaised with all involved. Ada did a fantastic job and is a credit to Ryder & Dutton.

Our house sale was managed very professionally by Ryder & Dutton. We were pleased with the photos and description and were very happy that we did not need to do the viewings. We found it easy to contact members of the team and were impressed with all involved in our sale. Lauren Coomber was exceptional and definitely was instrumental in the success of our sale. She was always calm and courteous whilst providing sound advice and suggestions. She was our main contact and helped us to obtain information on progress from our and purchaser's solicitors .

Nicole O'brien went above and beyond during the sale and purchase process.
