We had used the R&D Huddersfield office for a previous sale. They were very good so we were hoping for a similar experience this time with the Slaithwaite office. Leanne came out to do the valuation at very short notice and provided lots of helpful advice. We didn't live in the area so we left Leanne and her team to do all the property viewings. They were very good at informing us before the viewings and providing feedback afterwards. After the sale had been agreed Laura kept a close eye on the conveyancing progress and provided regular updates - something I hadn't really expected. Whenever anything was overdue or missing she picked it up and made sure that things were quickly back on track. I suspect the whole process would have taken a few extra weeks if she hadn't been involved. Excellent service all around. I would definitely use them again.

Laura from Slaithwaite Ryder & Dutton was always so cheerful and helpful. Answered every question quickly and clearly as well as chasing up the solicitors for us. I recently rented a property for just over two years with the lettings side of Ryder and Dutton. Couldn't be more impressed. What few problems I did have with the property over the two years (minor electrical issues and the like) were dealt with expeditiously, usually via a local contractor with whom R+D would already have a relationship. Highly recommend if you're looking to move to an area that they cover!
