We couldn't recommend Ryder & Dutton Slaithwaite highly enough. Leanne and Laura deserve special mention for handholding my elderly parents throughout the process of selling their home of 37 years. It could have been a daunting experience but Leanne and Laura went above and beyond to support them through the process and ensure everything ran smoothly. Both of them were very present and did face to face meetings, which feels increasingly rare. Communications were prompt, too, so we never felt out of the loop.

We had used the R&D Huddersfield office for a previous sale. They were very good so we were hoping for a similar experience this time with the Slaithwaite office. Leanne came out to do the valuation at very short notice and provided lots of helpful advice. We didn't live in the area so we left Leanne and her team to do all the property viewings. They were very good at informing us before the viewings and providing feedback afterwards. After the sale had been agreed Laura kept a close eye on the conveyancing progress and provided regular updates - something I hadn't really expected. Whenever anything was overdue or missing she picked it up and made sure that things were quickly back on track. I suspect the whole process would have taken a few extra weeks if she hadn't been involved. Excellent service all around. I would definitely use them again.
