I would avoid this company at all costs, Everything seems fine until you run into an issue the pathetic customer service and hassle returning something isnt worth the headache they'll put you through. Asked me to send it back via my local post office I tried exactly that through difficulty as im not fully mobile and paid to be taken to my post office with the items just to be told they wont accept it as its to big for them... Any decent company with good customer service would have known this but nope just phobbed me off as soon as possible sending me to a dead end and out of pocket. Disgusting company and disgusting customer service nothing else needs saying about them, Im expecting the generic company response talking rubbish about how they care about their customers and try everything they can to help but this just isnt the case in the slightest. Avoid avoid avoid.

Easy ordering procedure and my Order was received quickly and all good quality.

Great customer service - fast delivery - couldn’t ask for anymore

The reason for this is because our order gets canceled after placement. We have purchased from before, but this time you guys disappointed us by canceling our order.
Hope you reconsider and give us the approval to work with you. Our MOQ will not less in the future if we start working together.

The sledge is wonderful light safe and very fast , because you are able to steer it makes it very safe , I highly recommend you by one .its downside would be , it doesn't come wth rope so you can pull it back up the hill after sledging down the hill .
I would love an extended version so two people can ride it comfortably.

I am sorry to say that our experience with RyderHub was not good.

Why?

In our very first email with RyderHub we clearly said that we sale online on our estore as well as on 3rd party website. It was not highlighted by anyone that we are not allowed to sale on 3rd party website. When we placed our first order with RyderHub and confirmed payment then we received an email from RyderHub asking about 3rd party website selling. When we said yes, order was canceled right away and amount was refunded. These are the things that should be cleared right in the beginning.

Good products and quality service, We like Myga and Phoenix here in Iceland.

Great service and brilliant products. The odd product has not arrived however, it is quickly resolved with replacements so every time I’m very happy. Very good customer service.
