I ordered some very reasonably priced…
I ordered some very reasonably priced blue yoga mats as I teach yoga to children. They arrived promptly. They were packaged well and also the mats have lovely reusable string ties that keep them rolled securely. They are very good value for money and the children love them. They feel like proper yogis now!

Lost parcel issues
I was told my order had been delivered and given a POD signed C 19. When I queried it, as I had been in all sag and not had a delivery, I was told they had proof of delivery and I would have to make a claim against the courier if it was lost. the parcel turned up 5 days later , with the despatch date the same as i was originally told it was delivered!!! There was no responsibility for the shipment/delivery from Ryder hub and no willingness to assist until I put pressure on. No apology for the issues just excuses. Not sure i am happy to place any more orders without assurances that it won't happen again .
