Got an old clapped out pair

Received a pair of shorts, not new and without a tag, with defects in material and elastic and obvious stretching. I sent details to the company and was told it's not on them. It's my problem. Do not buy.

Products changed and become cheaper quality.

I've been buying ryderwear for about 5 years, I loved their nkd and nkd align leggings. I bought a pair this month of the nkd leggings and they are not the same. Cheaper, thinner material, slightly shorter waistband and they feel infinitely cheaper. Not to mention, there's hardly any range of leggings to choose from now if you don't want a scrunch bum and enjoy the feeling of your pants between your cheeks 24/7.
I'll be trying other brands now to find a new staple legging.

Falsely accused of FRAUD. DISGUSTING!

I WAS an avid fan of Ryderwear shoes and have been purchasing them for years. After returning a pair because they didn't fit correctly I was issued a credit voucher that didn't work. I contacted them to inquire why I couldn't use the credit and I was scrutinized over using different email accounts and accused of fraud and patronised like a little kid accused of stealing candy. I own a few different companies and have different email clients configured on different devices so when I check out depending on the device that email is used. I always checked out as a guest.
This was their response..

I don't want to stock anything..I didn't buy enough shoes to resell and make a living, plus am I only reselling size 7??..It's moronic. I like their shoes so I bought a fair amount for myself and as a present for my partner over the years..nothing extravagant either.

To be accused of fraud and treated like a child simply over using various email addresses of companies I OWN is DISGUSTING. Fair to say that my love for Ryder wear shoes has quickly dissipated.

The absolute audacity of these people is next level.

Inaccurate sizing & ridiclous shipping price

I understand that Ryderwear is based in Australia but why is it heavily advertised to UK customers? I ordered 2 shorts in Large and they end up feeling like size Small, they're way too tight and uncomfortable. I can't even return these as it was from a sale and the items are non-refundable, even if I could I'd still have to pay for a shipping label. Another thing is... why is shipping so ridiculously expensive? Your products already cost us a lot even during the sales. Unfortuntely I wasted a lot of money.

Scam

Scam website. The products are overpriced. Following my purchase, I was asked to leave a 5 star review for a chance to win $50. I suspect that’s how they collect 5 star reviews to make their products look better than they are. Absolutely disgusting. Ryderwear lost my trust and respect as a customer after this. I also left a negative review on their website, which was never published. I think they only publish good reviews and filter out the negative feedback to make people think their products are good when they are not. It’s a scam. Find better leggings for 1/3 of the price at tk maxx.

Could be so much better

Review from 7 March 2021: Really good quality. Also good prices. Nice clothing. Fits perfect. very fast shipping, no delay. I'm not giving 5 stars only because of the shipping cost outside UK. Overall really good. Would recommend and buy again.
Edit: I had to lower it to three stars for a few reasons: the German site is quite slow and cumbersome. many clothes on the English site are not available on the German one and vice versa. the offers and prices offered by the English site are significantly better than the German site. on the English site very often most sizes are sold out. Furthermore, on the German site you can only pay by credit card. Such a pity.
Edit n.2 : 3 years have passed, and all the problems are still there. Literally not ONE of the problems has been solved. German site still really slow, English site always everything sold out, German site not having HALF of the stuff there is on the English one, and the impossibility of paying with something that isn't a credit card, like for example PayPal or Überweisung or other methods... Well,until then I'm not going to buy from you,not because I don't want, but because I can't...

Horrendous leggings

I so wanted to try this brand. I’m between sizes so thought S could be little snug based on reviews and ordered M

The scrunch honey cobalt shade is little more forgiving so will probably wear again but olive honey scrunch is awful

You can see everything; it’s oddly stitched round scrunch so doesn’t give nice effect.

Certainly going in the bin. Will not purchase or recommend

Think this may be my first review ever…

Think this may be my first review ever ; but this company and its customer service have been so unbelievably poor - i would 100% not recommend. Competitor companies work smoothly and this has just been a disaster from the get go. Over two weeks of holding my money and no help from customer service until prompted several times.

Faulty and stained leggings

Today I received two pairs of leggings. One came with stains and completely see through that they cannot even be worn, and the other with a big pull. The quality was like something you will buy from SHEIN. Am so disappointed at the quality it’s gone so much downhill.

Price and shipping hikes, for longer delivery!

I recently made an order and have been a repeat customer. I even previously wrote a 5 review back on here. I was shocked to see the price increase. Basically double for the same items. I was also shocked to see £9.99 for 6-10 day shipping. I went back to look at previous orders and my shipping used to be £3.99 for 1-3 day delivery, sometimes free. Plus you pay insurance on top of shipping for the items now too. When I ordered last my items used to be here within a day and I was always super impressed. Shame but will likely be my last order.

Refund Policy SUCKS - No Resolution From Customer Service

1. I bought 2 pairs of leggings on a brand new account (having never used the company before)
2. When I received them, due the tight and quite rough and stiff material, they were too small, and did not feel comfortable.
3. I returned the two pairs of leggings to re-order in a different size - due to the free return on this occasion, as I intended to replace them, I was given a 'gift card' amount rather than a monetary refund.
4. I had to use another email in order to use the same discount code I used the first time (frustrating, as I only wanted to change the size of the leggings!) I added a sports bra to my order too.
5. I received the two pairs of leggings in a size M, which I could now fit on more comfortably. However, the material was still not great. I certainly didn't feel these were squat-proof. I could see the wear already on the seam on the bum! The sports bra (providing you don't need much support) was really nice, but way too small if you have boobs - size up!
6. I paid £4 to return the sports bra and 2x leggings.
7. I received a monetary refund for the sports bra only. I received the 'gift card' refund for the leggings, despite spending £4 to return all items.
8. I asked customer contact to refund this into my account, and explained why I had had to do a makeshift exchange on the leggings.

Good customer service would grant it considering I paid for the return on this occasion, but they have not. Whilst I understand the policies are there for a reason, overriding this and doing the right thing would have made a much better impression, and in the next few months, I'd have tried different products (I would have ordered the sports bras in a size up in the future).

Disappointed.

Omg love love LOVE!

Omg love love LOVE!! My order just arrived today got the scrunch seamless and the extreme scrunch shorts in size medium (I’m usually a size 10 in bottoms) and they fit perfectlyyyyy!!! I’m definitely going to order more now I know what their products are like and true to size. Easy and fast delivery. Thank you Ryderwear!!

Avoid Ryderwear Black Friday 30 day…

Avoid Ryderwear! Black Friday 30 day return policy!
Any returns have to be made within 30 days so any gifts wont be returnable if they don’t fit on Christmas Day. Very poor customer service.
My Advice: Buy elsewhere for your gym gear - there’s better out there that doesn’t take 2 weeks to arrive from Australia and give you zero help if you need it.

My partner ordered some gym wear for me…

My partner ordered some gym wear for me for Christmas. Unfortunately I lost all my confidence after trying on the leggings. They were comfy but super see through. You could see everything 😳 I wouldn't dare step out the door in them. The sports bras are very comfy again but there are already threads coming out of the seams on one of them. Good for comfort but poor materials used for the amount you have to pay. Sorry we won't be ordering again.
