Online support is wonderful!

The online support I received from Matt was exceptional! Embarrassingly my BBL pair of leggings split at the seam whilst I was working out. I had purchased the leggings 10weeks prior from Ryderwear Wanneroo gym and after not having the best experience with their staff, the online store was very apologetic and sent me out a new pair.

The response times were excellent, hardly waiting at all for a reply and the service received was wonderful and highly appreciated. Thank you Matt!

I look forward to training again in my BBL leggings - they are supportive, hug in all the right places and don't fall down :)

Returns will cost you

Sizes are inconsistent, I ordered various items all in the same size, some fit and some don’t. Which means I have to return them which costs me £5.99!!
They also add insurance on when you order which for me was £2. When I asked in the past why I have to pay this and what would happen if I didn’t pay it, their customer service team just ignored me, seems like they can’t justify why we as customers are paying for insurance which should already be covered by the carrier. This will be my last order from ryderwear.

Horrible brand

Absolutely horrible brand. Awful quality and feels like the clothing is set up to create controversy on social media rather than promote healthy living. The comms personnel need sacking - negative feedback appears to just attract sarcastic and snarky responses. Avoid.

Really good products

High waisted leggings no longer high waisted.

I always bought Ryderwear in the past. As a fitness instructor the high waisted leggings were perfect! However the fit of the NKD high waisted leggings have changed! These are no longer high waisted! You cannot bend over or squat without these showing your underwear leaving you feeling uncomfortable and forever pulling these up!
I wore these before realising this so Ryderwear are refusing to refund me. They state the leggings have been redesigned for a better fit. I took a picture and you can clearly see 2 inches have been removed from the waist band?! So for a better quality and fit Ryderwear have reduced the high waist of their high waisted leggings??? Really???
I contacted Gymshark who said they would never do this.
All I wanted was my money back. Ryderwear have refused despite me showing them the pictures of the comparison and will now no will not respond to my emails.
As a self employed fitness instructor who use these for work it is incredibly disappointing to be treated by a big company in this way

Miss!

I want to love Ryderwear but they miss every time. Unfortunately placed an order earlier this year (Approx $149) where there was a big delay in shipping. Following this one of the pairs of leggings are looking 5 yrs old rather than 2 months, the quality is really bad for the price. I tried to resolve this with customer support but they did not accept it. My old gymshark leggings have held up better.

It's great but it's small sizing , too small .

It's great but it's small sizing . Order a size up . My boobs fall put of the crop top and on another crop top it rises up . Really frustrating for the amount I paid . Too small .

Products are great but customer service spectacular

Products are great but customer service is my main reason for review - i accidentally ordered something in the wrong size and issue was resolved instantly by Matt in customer service - kudos to you mate!!

I have to return my order

I had to return my order. Didn't like the quality and how it fit, even tho I am in a good physical shape. Also, they charged me for shipping insurance, shipping cost and for return. It's just ridiculous...

Stay away, HORRIBLE quality leggings and even worse customer service…

Ordered 3 pairs of leggings and within 3 months they all split in the bottom area. I emailed the company to let them know and said it was past the return period (which it was DAYS past their return period) and refused to do anything. Horrendous customer service, products don’t hold up and horrible quality. I have leggings from Amazon that have lasted years and these are triple the price and barely lasted 3 months. Stay away from this company, they clearly don’t value their customers.

Ryderwears response is a joke! It was 3 months and 4 days so if I would’ve called 4 days earlier it would’ve been different. lol. This company is a fraud and I’ll be sure ownership knows they have failed with customer service and quality.

A+ products AND customer service

A+ products AND customer service - i took a gamble and ended up with the wrong size of an item two weeks before the event I needed it for. The customer service people were SO helpful with swapping my return from a store credit to a refund as the return wasn’t going to be processed until after I would need to order the next size down. So prompt and helpful - really lovely customer experience!

I love your clothing but the length of the leggings seems to be made for 6 foot women
I love 7/8 length but a lot that i like don’t come in that.

SIZING is too small for certain items

Upon receiving this ltem it was not a true large size more a medium.
I believe more information on the sizing of this item should have been in the description.
When emailing Matt from Ryderwear he was not able to assist me on a return or an exchange and kept on referring to the policy’s.
I have lost all confidence in the Ryderwear sizing and will not purchase future items due to this poor experience.

Material is not it

The marketing is great, but there's a reason they never take shots from the front – it gives you the worst camel toe ever, making it basically unwearable unless you hide below a huge shirt! Although the designs are cute, the material is thin, extremely rigid and way too expensive. You can get a premium brand for the same price.

BAD SIZE GUIDE

Ordered a jacket online. I used their size guide and model to aid in purchase. The jackets arrived and not only was the brown online different to reality but the sizing was WAAAYYYYYY off. When I raised this with Ryderwear, the staff member was so patronising saying "I know picking a size can be really challenging" like I'm a moron, and not like their size guide was off. They would not allow me to return the item despite the sizing being faulty.

Edit to reply to Ryderwear’s comment below… the issue was NOT resolved. I’m still stuck with a jacket that was not as advertised and you haven’t reached out to me personally at all… you’ve just left a comment saying you have.

2nd edit - rather than actually reach out to me to resolve the issue, Ryderwear have now just removed their comment claiming that the issue was resolved. Amazing how quickly (3 mins) they can respond to a received email when it’s about this and not an order hey.

A very very bad service

A very very bad service, the lost my package and want returned just 40% !!!
Also, I spend tracking the order for a month and they just told me that the was a delay from the courrier, however until I asked for my money back they confirmed that it has been lost, my first order with them and a very bad experience.

Avoid them- Ordered shoes from them

Ordered shoes from them. No message or response from them for a week on shipping. I kept emailing and asking for cancellation of my order and then they said we shipped your order and can’t cancel. So stuck with them. Been ordering since 2019 but never had issues. They are going down the drain lately. Now they will blame their own clients and badmouth them. Terrible experience and company to deal with.

To make matter even worse they don’t even acknowledge the mistakes they make and blame it back on the very clients that made this company click. I was one of your very initial customers when you started back with Kai Greene as your brand ambassador. Keep messing up and blaming it back on customers. Fantastic work on whoever is running your customer satisfaction and interaction division. Day is not far…..

Childish, unprofessional Behaviour

Whoever is in charge of the social media (Facebook) side of things needs a look into. A video was posted advertising leggings and somebody commented about how revealing the leggings are and that it seems these attract the wrong kind of attention. Ryderwear responded to that person with a despicable, offensive and honestly misogynistic hashtag #attentionisthenewcurrency I responded with a comment "Oh ew." As I found that remark offensive as a woman who works 2 physically exhausting jobs and ryderwear responded "Looks like you're just jealous!" Wow. So childish, this is a company who should conduct themselves with a certain level of professionalism. I replied that I was not jealous of anything and did not even mention a word about the woman in the video, my "ew" comment was about the gross hashtag implying that women should reveal their body to get what they want. After I said this... ryderwear then sneaky deleted their hashtag and commented something about how they don't care if I'm not a customer of theirs with cheeky emojis... imagine going back and forth in such an immature manner with the public on a business page. They then blocked me from the page which is great actually considering no amount of hiding their posts was stopping their constant advertisement of womens large, eroticised backsides in my newsfeed despite never even following ryderwear. I was given a pair of red ryderwear leggings 3 years ago and they were the worst quality ever. Cheap garbage. Definitely stick to LSKD and echt leggings.... they are outstanding quality every time and their online presence with customer service is highly respectful and kind to everybody. Responding with maturity and grace and de-escalation even when they get trolls in the comments. Ryderwear is a joke
