Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted, my earphones have broken and there is no way of contacted the company. I have tried n emails come bouncing back 😡 I have also called n spoken to someone who is always getting calls, but has nothing to do with this company.
I work hard for money nhs nurse, I run to relieve stress, n cant run with out music, so I am bloody livid !!

Faulty Product

I ordered these after i read the specs, which implied they would be great for running/weights. Six months in and left one has stopped charging. I have tried to make contact via social media and email but no avail. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS.

I bought the headphones last year

I bought the headphones last year, didn’t have problems at the beginning. I emailed them about the headphones not charging one side and was advised to clean them with makeup remover, which l did and they seemed to work for a short time and the problem continued. Emailed them in May and haven’t heard from them since. Would l recommend, absolutely not!

I definitely would NOT buy from this…

I definitely would NOT buy from this company. Terrible product - not fit for purpose and poor customer service. The buds stopped working very very quickly. I contacted customer service who did not respond. I continued to email and was told I could receive an exchange of another set. These did not arrive and I emailed again and requested they send another set of send a refund. By this time I would prefer a refund. Still emailing and not receiving any replies at all.

Mostly not very good

Good - The sound quality is decent.
Bad - It would be easier to charge a house brick. They don't seem to fit in the charging case properly so you can hear the voice saying "power on" over and over. Eventually get them settled and show as charging to later connect them to my phone which tells me that they only have 10% battery remaining as one side obviously hasn't charged properly.
After having them a few months and getting back from a run the hook that goes over your ear just fell off.

Awful

Awful! Stay far away from this company - scammers!

First off I had extreme difficulty with receiving my order (took over 3 weeks). Worked perfectly fine for a month. Then the voice that lets you know when bluetooth is connected reverted to Chinese instead of English, then one side of the charger stopped charging. Then one of the ear-securers fell off.

All of this is the first 3 months.

And when i've gone to complain / contact customers services, the website no longer exists.

Cheap product by a 'company' looking to make a quick mint with splashy marketing and a terrible, terrible product. Avoid.

Great customer service

I had my headphones for about 7 months before they developed a fault. I contacted there customer services who were absolutely fantastic. Great communication very helpful and ultimately sorted my problem.

Refund issued

Earbuds paired without incident. For 2 workouts on consecutive days they worked brilliantly. Good sound quality and most importantly a secure fit in my ear. But on day 3 the left ear bud stopped working and on day 4 so did the right. Emailed Ryme Audio and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt reply (check your Spam folder). In numerous emails various “fixes” were suggested and tried to no avail. However a replacement pair of earbuds were offered. I requested a refund which was issued without question. Disappointing that the earbuds do not work but couldn’t fault the customer service provided by Kate.

Fraud and scam

Bought a pair and then immediately sent an email asking to cancel my order because I instantly regretted it after reading reviews. I sent the email Friday night and didn’t get a response until Monday where I was told that my order can’t be cancelled because it had despatched and “here is the tracking number”. I searched the tracking number and found it hadn’t actually been despatched they have just registered my order with Royal Mail but they haven’t actually handed it over. I immediately replied and said to them to just not send it out… no reply… today is Tuesday and it still hasn’t despatched and I do not have a reply, nor do I have my refund! This company is a scam and fraudulent. Avoid.

Great earphones but broke in 6 months

I purchased the earphones in March and they have been great, really easy to use and brilliant to wear when running. Unfortunately one of them has broken, the piece that goes over your ear just broke off and the charging cable actually burnt out.

I have been trying to make contact with Ryme Audio as they are still under warranty but have not had a response at all. This has really put me off the brand as there is no other way to contact other than by email.

Very frustrating and disappointing.

I connect them to a garmin watch and they regularly pauses between music songs. They blame intereference but I think different chips etc. Make a big difference in regards to interference outside. Inside they are great.

As mentioned in our emails, in certain locations, you may experience interference from certain environmental factors, this may actually be effecting your Garmin watch.

We also state on our product description, that they are not rated for rain, as they have an IPX4 rating. Which is suitable for sweat but not rain (the intensity is subjective but we just play it safe as rain levels can get heavier).

I have received these today and I am…

I have received these today and I am seriously disappointed. They have arrived unsealed and without delivery note or order receipt. The headphones appear to have been used and the case is scratched inside and out.. cannot believe you can actually send something like this out!! On top of this the headphones are clearly faulty and wont charge. Refund is required!!! Email sent and no number to contact you on.. convenient that!!

As mentioned in our emails, the reason why your set of ProSport Headphones did not come with a seal was because it was a set that underwent a random inspection in our quality control department. We do not and will never sell used units, the scratches you noticed were based on the protective sticker that covers the LED display, once removed the display will have a lovely shine to it.

I am happy that we could help you with a speedy refund, and we let you keep our ProSport Headphones as a good will token from us.

Not actually sweatproof (poor product marketing)

I bought looking for some wireless running and gym headphones. Worked great at first, good audio quality, but while the product is claimed to be 'sweatproof', as soon as I started sweating at the gym they began to short out and eventually break. I requested a replacement pair, but the same issue occurred with these too. I am not an 'overly sweaty' exerciser, so I assumed a product labelled 'sweatproof' would be able to handle usual gym and running use, but apparently not. The customer service was good, and I received a full refund, but as a product they do not seem fit for purpose

As mentioned in our emails, our ProSport Headphones are IPX4 sweat proof certified, so if you sweat/expose them to water above this rating, there is a risk of them malfunctioning. Which unfortunately happened twice in your case, as they did work initially but then developed a fault.
