It was easy to place my order online…
It was easy to place my order online which was placed on New Years leave and so part of the holiday period. This time my order was not very substantial, but as always delivered promptly and well packaged. I have come over the last 6 months to appreciate fully my membership and the ethos and aims of the SAA, and outstanding service seems to come as standard, well done all.

Excellent customer service
There was a problem with a recent delivery as one item was damaged and coated the rest of the package in paint. I contacted the customer services team and they resolved it straight away, replacing the damaged items so I could continue creating without delay. My delivery was quick and easy to organise, thankyou.

I do apologise that you have not received your order and I can see from our records that this is being investigated by our tracking team as the tracking shows that the parcel was delivered on the 3rd January. When a parcel is sent it produces a tracking number which can be passed on to the customer to track their parcel.
