I'm happy with the overall detailed tutorials covering so detailed aspect on ServiceNow Platform Overview, Next Experience Unified Navigation Overview, Lists and Filters Overview, Forms Overview, Task Management Overview, Reporting Overview, Knowledge Management Overview,
Service Catalog Overview, Flow Designer Overview, Virtual Agent Overview. The practice exercises with explanations were detailed and I saw almost similar type of questions in the certification exam.
